Am looking for accommodation (a room inc of bills) as my current landlord sold the property recently. Definitely would like my own Bathroom not into sharing a bathroom. Have Full-time employment -am now Perth based. Essentially I would be a great choice as you would rarely see me as I work 10-12hr days, and sometimes I go away for work, could be gone from 2 days up to 2 weeks. Essentially my main focus during my working week is work. I am a clean, tidy and respectful divorcee and father of 2 (almost) adult children. A Big Eagles fan and enjoy most other sports. Have the occasional drink and enjoy cooking as well. Love music of all types. My current partner and our 1 yr old live in her families home & my work hours interrupt the babies routine, so most Friday nights till Monday nights I will at my partners - you probably won't see me much I also have enough furniture for a 2 bedroom unit including washing machine ,dryer and 2x 2 leather couches if required.
