Hi all! I am Jay. I'm a 31yo Argentinian, been in Australia for 3 years so I know my way around here :) I am looking for a room around Bentley area. I am studying a Master Degree in Education at Curtin University and want to live relatively close. I am looking for something long term. However, I need to find a room asap so I can go to a short term for now. I would not mind to stay temporarily or if you had to show the room to other people while you look for someone more long-term, and I don't need a long notice if the room is taken. I've had my own lease for 2 years and shared the house, so I am well aware of the responsibilities and in and outs of a household. I am very clean and organized. I have lived in shared houses for 7 years now. I know it is all about communication, not assuming anything, cleaning after oneself and just common sense. Add great vibes to that and you have me :D I also work most days so I would not be in the house much. I go to the gym, I am into science, philosophy, spirituality, music (I play some instruments) and all things curious! I enjoy both a chat and some solitude when needed.
