I am a pretty chill guy I like sports however I'm studying full time therefore I'm pretty busy during the week. Weekends would be chill. I hit the gym 6 days a week at blackwood, I meal prep on sundays. I'm not really good at writing my life on paper so its better in person haha
Easy going, social, hardworking, self employed business owner, clean and tidy, very accepting, non discriminant, have a car, can store personal furniture and effects off site, love pets, handy man, very resourceful, communal spirit, sharing, caring, enjoys cooking, living a healthy lifestyle and balance.
I'm fun and easy going but also like to have a tidy living quarters! I'm 30, single, work in a hospital and am studying Animal Behaviour at flinders uni. Bonus points if you have a dog 🐶😊 Looking for somewhere that fits my lifestyle, ideally near the beach, near flinders and near the city. I would prefer my own bathroom as I can be quite a private person but also very sociable in the right circumstances.
Hey all! My name is Brianna and I'm an American student currently living in Adelaide for an internship at a media company. I'm looking to rent an affordable room somewhere in the southern or western suburbs for no more than three months. I'm a super easy going, love animals, and am always down for a glass of wine or a walk on the beach.
Hey potential housemates! My name is Mabel. I'm a 24 year old, lefty, green, creative type. Usually I'm found crocheting, embroidering, watching Netflix, or tinkering in the garden/tending to my indoor plant babies. I'm vegan, but it doesn't bother me if you're not. I don't have any companion animals at the moment, but I really would love to adopt one if the landlord allowed it 😊 I've lived out of home for a long time, I'm housetrained and enjoy contributing to housework. I'm on WorkCover at the moment, so whilst I'll be home a lot for now, I do have a steady income coming in until I can go back to work :) I love living with like-minded left leaning people, so hit me up if you think I'd be a good fit for your place :)
I'm easy to get a long with, pride myself on keeping a clean house, have a great interest in movies and other home activities, appreciate alone time and ensure the utmost courteousness and etiquette when living with another person (being quiet when others are trying to sleep, cleaning up after myself). I work full time on a rotating roster. My work is open 24/7 and so sometimes I may be required to sleep early / during the day as I may not finish or get home until 6 am after doing an 8 hour shift. I live a healthy livestyle and pride myself on keeping fit. I passionate about cars, Marvel and video games. I can be a little shy when first getting to know someone but enjoy helping others reach their goals. Living with a stranger or someone you don't know well can be hard. It's important to keep open channels of communications and try your best to respect other people's wishes. I make sure I am flexible and try my best not to make living with me a smooth and stress-ree process.
Hi, I have available a large master bedroom with ensuite, own split system aircon, ceiling fan, built in robes and large windows. Plus your own large adjoining living room. The layout of the house 'L' shaped means this becomes your own private area...whilst still having full access to the rest of the house....a further 2 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and large dining/living area...all overlooking the in-ground pool and views towards the city.
A large newly built house in the Adelaide hills, just 2 mins walk to the train which takes you straight into the city. It's 9km to the city line of site, and 11km by road, yet here in the beautiful Adelaide hills, we often see koalas, kookaburras, and heaps of wildlife in our back yard. For even more, the Belair National Park is just 800m away. The community feel here is great. Our neighbors orgainsed a street party to welcome us to the street when we first built the house! For students, Flinders Uni is close by (public transport is a short 2 step trip), although with only a 1 min walk to the direct train into the city, Adelaide Uni and Uni SA are further away, but technically a bit easier. The house has a wood fire for winter, but also a ducted reverse cycle air-conditioner, state of the art Clipsal C-Bus lighting system, the fastest 100Mb/s unlimited broadband connection available here, Netflix, and more. We're still finishing the last few things inside the house (2nd version of the kitchen is still to come and flooring in some rooms needs to swapped out), but are mostly working on the gardens and outside of the house at the moment. We're hoping to set up the lawns, outdoor cinema and deck throughout this year :) The Bedrooms: A) the smaller bedroom has a single bed, desk, and drawers (Currently taken until the end of June) B) a larger bedroom, queen bed, desk, built in robes, TV with Netflix and sunset views through the lush trees. C) another larger bedroom, queen bed, desk, built in robes, TV with Netflix and sunset views through the lush trees. Bills are all included, although not meals. But if you'd like breakfast, lunch or dinner then a cost can be negotiated beforehand. Last year we hosted our first overseas students. We loved the extra company around, without endless randoms coming through the house at 3am. This year though, we're definitely open to non-students and locals who might still fit in as well as the students. We're happy to discount the total by $10/month if you take 2 rooms, or $15 if you take 3 rooms. We're also open to reducing one of the rooms by $5 to $30/week for someone who's happy to help with chores around the house.
I am a full time student and spend most of my time studying, volunteering, or resting. I'm a respectful and friendly introvert; I will happily help around the house and chat over some food, but also respect and appreciate personal space. I'd prefer to live with at least one other female; I'm happy with either mixed or all-female accommodation options - I'm comfortable living with or without pets too, and am generally pretty easy going.
Hi, my name is Chris. I am an honest, trustworthy, hard working and super clean young man that has lived in Mitcham most of my life. My schooling was at Scotch College so I am very familiar with the area and the south eastern suburbs in general. I am always willing to help out and contribute as much as possible to keep a positive living environment and I enjoy relaxing and having a few wines/beers on weekends. I think my level of cleanliness is well above the average person so rest assured I will keep and look after a home as if it were my very own. Please don’t hesitate to get in touch with me if you have any further questions or would just like to chat regarding team-ups for properties. Thank you :)
Hi! I'm looking to join an already established house - I'm looking for short term at the moment. My contract ends on April 6th. So probably only up until then at this point till I figure out where I'll be next! So i might be able to buy you some more time if you are in need of filling a room while you continue to look for someone! I work in film, I love to read, play board games and have a chat! I like being around people, even if we're not interacting. I would love to live with non-party type people, non-smokers, and people who are generally friendly (probably prefer to live with girls rather than guys - but am open to anyone!) The suburbs I've listed are just a guide, happy to be in many others too! Feel free to send me a message to have a chat and see if we get along :)
I live a active lifestyle. I enjoy hiking, fishing and gym but also enjoy some downtime watching movies during working days. I am easy to get along and enjoy a laugh.

I originally moved to Adelaide from South Africa just over 3 years ago. My family is moving to the Sunshine Coast and I am looking to stay in Adelaide for the next 6 months, and move in to a place ASAP. I am currently working part-time at a health food store in the CBD and at the same time figuring out what sort of career to persue. I love the outdoors and getting creative with crafts and textiles. I am super interested in film photography. I believe I am easy going and respectful to others and their space. I like my own space at times but would really like to move in to a place with people I can socialise and be friends with. As cliche as this discription sounds I am being totally honest, and I’m sure the best way to get a feel for someone would be to meet them in person, so if I seem like a person you could live with I would love to meet you :)
I'm a very quiet tenant who is full-time employed at an engineering company and I'm involved in a number of community organisations. I'm very socially engaged, have some interesting pastimes, and have a very wide and extensive group of friends that I visit however rarely have over. I like watching old movies, listening to old music, and reading old books (there's a pattern there) but I'm very interested in new things and look forward rather than backward. I'm open minded on social issues and enjoy a good belly laugh. I try and keep myself in good condition though I am susceptible to a nice shiraz. I have recently enrolled at uni (online). A great day for me is breakfast at a nice cafe and a walk or swim at the beach. My life is an open book so if you'd like to know something then just ask me. I'm looking for long term accommodation however never say never. Please note I am not looking for share house accommodation.
