They both do not loose hair and are clean and tidy. I am looking to share with maybe one or two other people, respectful, clean and tidy. You can have a pet so long as they won't eat mine. Must haves for me are, Air Conditioning in the Bedroom, Own Bathroom, Off Street parking for my car, TV point in my bedroom as I like to socialise with others but I really enjoy my own space chilling in my room as well. The Property must ensure that my fur family members can not escape, so fenced courtyard is a must. MY Rag doll cat can not climb nor does he sharpen his claws on furniture. This is a spacious 4 bedroom new house and built about 3 years ago. You will be sharing with two females. . 5 mins drive to richlands or Darra train stations ( train is not walking distance its abt 2.5 km away) Only 20 mins drive to city on off peak times. Mt Ommany Shopping Centre is only 5-6 mins away. House is fully furnished with all new appliances. Bedroom has a Queen bed. We have BBQ and alfresco area to relax. I have moved to Perth for now and I will visit 2-3 times a year and my sister(Sonali) will be taking care of the house. She lives 2 mins drive away.
