The street is very quiet, it's also very new, so the address doesn't appear on the site, but it is off Government Road. So the house is very spacious, lots of light and you don't feel like you're living on top of each other. There is a decent view out the back and two furnished lounge rooms both with Netflix access and TV. The property is about 10-15 minutes from the shopping center & also Richlands train station. We do have to have all applicants approved with the real estate so please be patient, it will be at their discretion :) There is a washing machine & dryer that you are free to use.

I keep to myself and spend a lot of my time in my room. I am not really into parties and am fairly quiet. I have a large dog (Groodle) and also a cockatiel (which hangs in my room). My Groodle, despite his size is a better indoors dog than an outdoors dog. He's mannerable and obedient. If he's outside he is prone to digging, mainly from anxiety with me not around. I have been leashing him undercover when no one is home. He sleeps in my room and normally just hangs out like another housemate. I am Vegan so other vegans would be awesome. I also have to give a months notice before moving so they can organise someone else in my spot.

Gas and electricity are split quarterly between all of us and the bond is up for negotiation.
