Hey, I’m Caitlin! I work full-time as a graphic designer and I’m looking to team up for a home within about 20–25 minutes’ drive of the city. I’m clean, tidy, respectful, and pretty easygoing — I like things organised but I’m not intense about it. I come as a package deal with two small, well-behaved dogs who are fully house-trained, quiet, and love people. Ideally, I’d love somewhere with a yard for them to hang out, but I’m flexible if there’s good walking nearby. When I’m not working, I’m usually cooking, hanging with my dogs, or getting outdoors. I’m friendly and chill — happy to have a chat over dinner but also value personal space and downtime. I’ve got some furniture to contribute, and my budget’s around $400–$450 per week
