Just ask. The property is in a secured gated complex, friendly neighbours, quiet neighbourhood. The complex offers a pool, spa, 2 barbeque areas, gym and sauna. The property has 3 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms both with toilets upstairs. Downstairs has a spacious lounge and dining area. Fully functional kitchen, laundry and toilet with lots of natural light. Front and back courtyard, 2 car spots NBN (internet) is included. The property is clean, tidy, well looked after. **please note that upon viewing, if you would like to secure your room you will need to pay your 1weeks bond up front. Your 1 week bond will be used for your last 1 week rent should you choose to leave.
I live in townhouse in a beautiful very quiet secure gated complex which is very peaceful. It is located within 5-10mins walk to the Robina hospital, Robina train station and the Cbus stadium (home of the Titans and Gold Coast Suns). In the complex, there is a communal pool, spa, gym and sauna along with 2 lovely barbecue areas. Each bedroom is queen sized with built in robes, ceiling fans, linen supplied with a shared bathroom. Downstairs is a fully equipped kitchen, separate laundry and toilet. The combined dining lounge area opens out onto a paved outdoor area.
The house is situated within a safe and secured gated complex which has a pool and BBQ facilities within the complex. There is an amazing view from the large balcony as it overlooks Mudgeeraba Creek, plus a beautiful paddock area filled with cows & their calves. • The master room with private ensuite is available at $210 a week from August 14th. The room comes unfurnished and has plenty of storage space as it has a large walk-in wardrobe and additional use of the shared linen cupboard outside the bedroom. It has plenty of natural light and is accompanied by it's own small, but private balcony with beautiful views of Mudgeeraba Creek and the paddock beyond. The room also comes with a large ensuite bathroom and has it's own air-con unit. • Unlimited NBN internet is available for $17.50 a month, which is less than $5 a week. • Bills are subject to change, but will always be split evenly between the 4 housemates. The house has a garage space which can be used as a parking spot, but is currently more often used as general storage for all housemates. We're happy to shuffle things around if need be, though. Parking then includes on the driveway, around the complex or in the street in a quiet cul-de-sac. • The bond is only $707, which is less than 4 weeks rent. • We would prefer people willing to sign a 6 month lease, beginning September 8th, 2018. • Perfect for students at Bond university. Public transport is very good as Robina train station is only a 1 minute drive (5 minute walk) away, which has buses running every 15 minutes to the university. Robina Town Centre is also nearby (5 minute drive) which has other buses leaving from it too. With the exception of the master bedroom, the house is fully furnished so additional furniture or appliances aren't needed. There is however, an excessive amount of storage space within the house so if need be, there will most likely be a safe place to store any extra belongings.
Excellent location, 5 mins walk to Robina Town Centre, Bus stop, 10 mins walk to train, hospital, professional services, Easy transfer to bond Uni, Light and airy, aircon, quiet neighbourhood, nice walks past lagoons, 15 min drive to beach.
We are looking for one additional housemate in our big, beautiful, and sunny 3 bed, 2 level townhouse in the beautiful Riverwalk area behind Robina Town Centre. The house is very spacious, just painted and has all brand new trendy furnishings, brand new TV, and modern kitchen with brand new Nespresso maker. Unlimited internet included in rent. Parking on street but very safe area. The room is quite spacious and mirrored closet - queen mattress available to purchase from existing roommate. Bathroom has a shower and tub with separate toilet. VERY close to Bond Uni (6 mins drive, 11 min bus), Robina Shopping Centre (3 min walk), beach (15 mins). Beautiful walking trails along the river that lead to Robina Town Centre. Straight jump on to the M1, and 3 minutes drive to Robina train station. Looking for a clean, friendly and respectful roommate who pays their rent and bills on time, and around 26-35 years old. No smokers or pets please.

I’m currently working as a pharmacy assistant at chemist warehouse in Melbourne but I am re locating and I am very new to the Gold Coast. I am very well travelled and have seen a bit of the world already. I love learning about different cultures and traveling the world. I also enjoy a good beer and a cheese board (not a wine drinker) and socializing over dinner with friends and housemates. I am very clean and tidy, easy going and I love coffee. Massive coffee fan. I like to live a fit and healthy life and I’m a mad AFL fan.
I am a happy positive person, I’m tidy and clean and always keep my room and kitchens, living room areas tidy. I’m a pretty quiet person who loves being in my own space and relaxing. I’m not a party animal but enjoy having a few drinks here and there.

For example: - springfield area - graceville - paradise point, hollywell, main beach, broadbeach, bundall, southport, ashmore, robina, varsity lakes, etc. - currumbin, tallebudgera, bilambil, etc. - banora point, tweed heads, casuarina - jindalee, westlake, middelpark, etc. - goodna, camira, etc. - greenslopes, springwood, woodridge, etc. - kingston, tanah merah, loganlea, loganholme, etc. - cleveland, wynnum, manly, lota, etc. - nundah, chermside, etc. Please contact me if you think you have a room that suits! Thank you :)
Hello, I'm Life and I'm from Denmark. Well, technically I'm still in Denmark as I'm writing this, but I'm hoping to move to Australia in the beginning or the middle of August. I'm going to study criminology at Bond University which starts in September. I'm coming to Australia on my own so I really want flatmates. Being social is very important to me, though I might be a bit quiet in the beginning because of my very danish accent. We Danes kinda sound like we speak with a potato in our mouth. I'm gonna work on that. Promise. I've lived with roomates before, where we lived 5 girls in one room for a year with no problems. I'm from a very big family where we eat all our meals togehter, so I like to eat at the same time as other people I live with. I'm not a noisy person, I don't smoke and i love animals (if I had a dating profile that's probably what I should write, right?). I'm an A-person, so I go to bed early and get up early in the morning, though I can be persuaded to get on the dancefloor once in a full moon.
I’m quiet neat and tidy around the house Respectful of others as have had my own share house for years I own a florist in Burleigh gardens I have a trained quiet dog who comes to work with me Non smoker Looking for a granny flat or share accommodation Interests include growing vegetables at the community gardens Paddle boarding Camping by the river Walking my dog Working on my business
I'm an easygoing, open-minded person. currently, study at Bond Uni and work part-time. looking for a bills- included, furnished single room in Robina or Varsity Lakes within walkable distance to Bond University, close to bus station will be a bonus. i like movies and hang out with my friends in the spare time. im quiet person at home, i also hope my housemates will respect that. i dont mind a dog at home.
Hi, Im 22, I'm tidy and respectful, I work full time 5 days a week and go out on the weekends and not home very much. I like to socialise with the people I live with but also respect space! To be sharing with one other person who also works or studies and keeps the living spaces clean would be ideal. Look forward to hearing from you! :)
Hi, My name is Rafael, you can just call me Raf. I am 28 yo, Brazilian, full time masters student at Bond University. Currently living in mermaid beach, but I would like to live near the uni. Long-term places and off-street parking are preferred, but not essential. Very friendly, not a party guy but I do enjoy good company and a beer every once in a while. I am addicted to sports in general, I try to maintain a healthy lifestyle. I love traveling and eating good food. Also, I am very clean, and I do not like living in the mess. I like pets too. Any questions, I'll be happy to explain. Cheers, Raf
Looking for a private room in a peacefull house.
I work full time as an electrician, so im up early hours and home all different times on the afternoon. I am a very chilled out person respectful of others privacy and space I usually just hangout with mates on weekends or just relax. I am into gym and fitness I train every night so would hardly be home during the week. if you would like to know anything else just ask
Hello! I know I'm a young-ish teenager and generally that spells hyperactive party-crazy nightmare to most people (or your new best friend to other young people) but I'm pretty much the opposite. I keep to myself, I like my own space and I never leave mess behind (at least, not where it might bother other people. I'm slightly less vigilant in my own space, but I'm not a pig). I do have two pets, and I understand that could be a major problem for a lot of people, but once they get to know you they'll love you. My cat (13 years old) is very independent and loves the outdoors, so she'll only really be around to have a snack and get some cuddles when she misses me. My dog (3 year old Maltese cross) is quite anxious and sticks to me like glue, so he won't be running around like a crazy little thing, and he never destroys furniture or personal items or anything. He prefers his own toys/treats and will fall in love with you if you offer him food and slowly coax him out of his shell. Oof, long paragraph, sorry. I'm a little shy at first, but I'd like to think I'm generally polite and respectful and would prefer a (relatively) mature and understanding housemate. I hope my blabbing didn't turn off any potential housemates! I'm in a semi-desperate situation as far as money/housing goes so I'm trying everything I can to find stable accommodation. Feel free to contact me at any time! :)
I am a student at Griffith University, studying a Bachelor of Criminology in first year. I also work at McDonald's. I am a clean person, and also very respectful of others needs and/or wants. I'd say that I am a considerate person and am also pretty independent. I do, however, enjoy social interaction with others and am quite an outgoing person. Above most else, I enjoy movies and TV shows, as well as Rugby League.
