31 year old professional seeking room in a quiet, calm flat with people around my age or older. Not a party flat. Looking for somewhere with one or two flatmate's who also work full time.
I'm looking again after recently moving into a flat a couple months ago because I'm beside 24/7 traffic and it affects my sleep. For this reason I am looking for a quiet flat on a quiet street.
About me:
- I generally go out to socialise and rarely drink alcohol
- I'm an early riser and go to bed around 9.30pm usually, I am very respectful of other peoples schedules and need to live somewhere reasonably quiet where I can get to sleep early.
- My main hobbies are: Yoga, saunas, eating out with friends, hanging at the beach, swimming in the ocean, crafts, hikes and boardgames.
- Mostly Vegan and health conscious
Room/house requirements:
- Room size: Must fit a double bed (do not message me if your room only fits a single bed please), has enough room for a yoga mat as I use this daily, has some storage or has room to put a wardrobe and small desk.
- House is in a quiet residential area, not on a main road with constant traffic (I'm sensitive to noise and can't sleep with cars/trucks driving past constantly).
- One or two flatmates is preferable
- Can't have any mould, needs to be a well ventilated room
