$290/week•30 year old woman
I'm a 30-year-old, single female who loves cooking (be prepared for some family dinners), the beach, adventures, fun activities, movie nights and socializing when i can but also love my quiet time. I am extremely clean and always considerate of every flatmate. I always pay my rent on time, I have a respectable income and believe that being able to respectfully communicate any issues leads to healthy resolutions. I prefer living in a tidy, relaxed house where I can study and unwind. I would love to be close to the water and have airconditioning in the bedroom if possible. I don't smoke or own pets, and I don't have kids or have a partner. I really am the ideal housemate, i just haven't had to go back to share houses since i was 23. So, I'd love a home that is respectful, happy, comfortable, peaceful, and homely with a bit of fun and laughter

EDIT: I have redone a budget so i can start saving money, so max I can pay towards renting a room is $290 per week. Obviously I'm not going to find my dream sharehouse on the water but I thought maybe if someone does have a waterfront property but also hates cleaning and cooking, I could become the "live in cleaner/cook" I love cleaning and I love making homely meals and snacks, so I'd also be happy to consider working for really reduced rent. I just love the relaxation of the water. Otherwise I will be heading back to my home town of Toowoomba. So thought I'd throw the option out there if it sounds like a good deal. 😊✨️
