Hi everyone! I’m looking for a housemate who will be sharing with me this nice 2 bedroom unit. About the unit. The unit has recently been renovated, with freshly painted walls and new floors throughout. Renovated kitchen with gas cooking and dining area, updated bathroom (both shower and bath tub) with separate toilet and laundry. Other features include gas ducted heating and evaporate cooling, low maintenance courtyard. There is a lock up garage that will be yours if you have a car because I leave my car in the driveway. Unlimited ADSL2 Internet available. We’ll split all bills 50:50. Your bedroom has built-in-robe and is away from the street. The house is half-furnished (the lounge room is pretty much empty in case you have anything to put there, but there is a fridge, though 2nd one can be good, washing machine and microwave) apart from your bedroom. About the location. The location is amazing. That’s the reason why I moved in. The unit is close to shopping precinct of Edwards Street and Broadway Street (10 min walk) with Coles, ATM machines, pharmacies and everything else you may need, walking distance from beautiful Edwards Lake park (10 min walk). It’s between Zone 1 Reservoir train station and Zone 2 Ruthven train station (5 min walk to Ruthven, 10 min walk to Reservoir), 5 min walk to bus stop. Close to La Trobe Uni and Bandoora Park (5-10 min by bus). Amazing Preston Market is just 3 train stops away.
The house is old but quiet and beautiful, with a huge backyard. Close to public transport - just 400m to Ruthven train station, and 100m to 555 bus station. - Your bedroom includes one queen size bed with mattress, one bedside table with lamp, one chest of drawers, one wardrobe, and one heater, sorry no air conditioning. - Shared bathroom (including bath and separate shower) - Laundry with front loader washer and dryer - Fully equipped kitchen including cooker, oven and fridge - Open plan living/dining space - Ducted heating, lounge, armchairs, chaise, coffee table in the living room - Air conditioner, dining table with 5 chairs, cupboard in the dining room - Internet access is included in the monthly rent. - Private grassed courtyard with washing line, outdoor furniture and gas BBQ. - Two empty steel cabinets in the shed can be provided if you have more personal stuff.
After 12 years working and traveling around the world as an events manager and performing arts producer I'm about to embark on a new journey to start a new career in Chinese Medicine. I will begin my studies at RMIT in Bundoora in February. I'm a little scared but I'm mostly excited to start the next chapter. I'm very active, I love the outdoors, I love to travel and explore. I enjoy yoga, I prefer to cycle than drive and I spend many of my weekends skydiving. My life may look a little different next year but I will keep as much adventure in it as I can. I prefer to live with only one or two others and I enjoy keeping a reasonably tidy home. I love my own space and often crave alone time, but I also enjoy sharing stories over dinner and a wine and occasionally chatting into the early hours. I desperately want a backyard and a veggie garden. I don't have a pet, but I do love animals.
Hey, I just finished my master's from Latrobe and looking for a nice place to live. I am really chill to hang with and respectful of another person's property and personal space. I am into all kinds of Sports and enjoy a Bev once in a while and would like to have a nice chat and a laugh with the people I live with :)
Hello All, I am a 27 years old guy looking for a room close to the places I have listed, I am an easy going guy who loves to travel and make new friends, A bit shy at first but will get along very well once we get to know each other. I am working full time and in my spare time, I would be in the gym. I respect other's property and treat it as my own- like to keep it clean and tidy, I enjoy a night out every now and then and love having a few drinks after work or on the weekends. Cheers.
I'm sociable, tidy and laidback. Grew up here in Australia, so I'm very much tied to the aussie culture. I'm a graphic designer working full-time in Collingwood. Definitely an avid binge watcher but also love the outdoors and sometimes need a good drink or two! I like to keep a healthy and try to keep myself busy. It'd be awesome to live with someone who I can be friends with, are tidy and loves the occasional shared meal. I'm also cool with pets so there's no issue there.
A pretty chilled individual. Final year law student at La Trobe University. Working part time for a firm in the city. Likes the outdoors and country. Been share house trained. I have great references from different real estate agents and housemates with whom I have lived with over the years in the area.
I have lived in a share house for the last year and a half, i am respectful of others privacy, but am happy to cook a meal and have a chat or hang out if thats what other want too! I work full time and sometimes it's early starts and late nights. Pay rent and bills on time.

I'm a 22-year-old guy, looking for a place to live downtown, in the meantime I'm living in Kinglake (Far away from everything!) I'm currently working at a game store, but still looking for more work, mostly in Civil Construction.
Studying at tafe and work freelance. I am a tidy, quiet person who is seeking accommodation near public transport due to no car. I enjoy cooking, writing, reading, volunteering, making friends, theatre, opera, music, eating out, working and walking. If we sound compatible contact me asap! Please note I have a well behaved small dog that's eight years old. He's quiet, adorable and also loves other pets including dogs and cats. I hope someone out there has a heart and will let us both stay as he is my only family and I'd hate to lose my companion. Thank you. I am also a non smoker.
I am respectful and relaxed. I do not have toxix masculinity! I'm a professional puppy cuddler as i work in doggy daycare, I also do pet minding, grooming and training. Incase you can't tell I'm a fan of animals :) I have experience living in sharehouses and both me and the cats come house trained. I would love and environment that lends itself to chats and getting to know eachother whilst still respecting eachothers need for space and privacy. I come with netflix, stan and a ps4 that i am happy to share. A bit about the cats: Rumple is the oldest and he's the man of the house who keeps the others on their best behaviour. Tonks is 1 year old and is the most empathetic cat you'll meet. Once she feels comfortable in her enviroment she's a little love bug. And Azazel is the youngest, 6 months old and a little fluffy cutie with heaps of energy. enjoy sitting down with my house mates and watching some shows whilst still respecting a need for space and privacy. I need somewhere lgbt+ friendly. Im vego but dont mind what my house mates eat. I come with netflix, stan and a ps4 that i am happy to share.
