I am going through the process of a divorce, so have made this listing in advance. I'm potentially available to move out sooner then my listed date. I'm use to owning my own place, so getting back into the sharing/rental market is really scary & darn expensive. I am technically still employed but haven't worked since going through the divorce, but don't worry I understand when committing to renting/sharing that I'm committed to covering that expense first and foremost.
