Hello there! I am a Sydney sider working in the beauty and fragrance field. I am looking for a modern clean 2 bedroom place in a prime location that is easy to access and travel between my jobs that are between the CBD and Bondi as I do not drive and would mostly be taking public transport. My most pressing factor for moving is not having had a kitchen during this time and no storage space! As I enjoy keeping active and fit, a kitchen space is becoming essential unfortunately I have had to make do with the kitchenette situation at the current studio, a solution to this would be absolutely fantastic. A balcony would also be great! I am applying in conjunction with a close friend of mine who shares the same objectives. Preferably a lease takeover would suit us! Hoping to find our dream spot!! 🌻
