I am from China and got my Master’s degree at Beijing Jiaotong University.

I am a Statistics student who will be studying in Sydney for the next few years (School starts on January 1,2026). My life and focus will revolve entirely around my research and university life — I prefer a quiet lifestyle, with regularity and minimal distractions. For this reason, I’m looking for a studio apartment to keep daily chores and hassles to a minimum.

My main requirement is a self-contained studio with its own kitchen or at least a kitchenette, as well as a private bathroom. Location is also important: I’d like to be within a 30-minute walk or 10–15 minutes by public transport to the University of Sydney.

A friend of mine who studies at UNSW is available to view the property on my behalf if needed.

My listing is about looking for a studio. However, I know it's quite possible that I might not be able to rent one, so I'm also open to shared accommodations.
