I am from China and got my Master’s degree at Beijing Jiaotong University.

I am a Statistics student who will be studying in Sydney. While my classes don't begin until January 1, 2026, I am flexible and can take over the lease starting around November 30.
My main requirement is a self-contained studio with its own kitchen or at least a kitchenette, as well as a private bathroom. Location is also important: I’d like to be within a 30-minute walk or 10–15 minutes by public transport to the University of Sydney.
A friend of mine who studies at UNSW is available to view the property on my behalf if needed.
