I'm a 31 year old full-time university student studying neuroscience and biochemistry/molecular biology at University of Sydney. Outside of studying, I enjoy live music (gigs and festivals), playing board games, and being generally nerdy amongst other activities. Currently I'm looking for a private room in a place located reasonably close to public transport where my potential housemates are friendly and communicative. Ideally I'm looking for place to call home long term. As I'm also a pet sitter it would be nice if the place was pet friendly but it isn't an absolute dealbreaker. Maximum budget for a room is $350 per week including bills. As a housemate I'm pretty easygoing and respectful of shared spaces, as well as being considerate of housemate's privacy. With that being said, I'm always down for a good yap.
