Hello! We are a couple looking to team up with another couple or a couple of individuals to apply and start a new share house - probably somewhere in the inner west for long term! A bit about us: Joyce works in media commercial strategy and Charlie is an architect. Both working mostly from the office with a couple days wfh. We are both super active and love exercising as well as socialising and going to events out and about. Joyce is originally from Adelaide and is a big fan of the beach, baking, and picking up random hobbies. Charlie is into history, running ultra marathons and pointing out interesting features on buildings. He grew up in Sydney! We’ve both lived in share houses for years and are very clean and respectful. We’re quite social and have had the pleasure of meeting and living with people that have since become our dear friends, and we’re hoping that that can continue to happen! We're hoping to find some people to apply to rentals with. Looking at areas like Marrickville, Stanmore, Petersham, Alexandria, Erskineville, Annandale etc potentially Rozelle too. We have a lot of furniture/kitchen stuff already but would probably need some additional furnishings but are keen to do that together as a house and be able to curate our own space from scratch :) Always hard to convey yourself in a description like this so let us know if you would like to meet in person and see if we vibe!
