Hello, In July I got the wonderful opportunity to move to the Sunshine Coast for 6 months. Despite leaving my friends, family and a Personal Training business in NSW, I have decided to remain here. Due to uncertain circumstances and toiling over the decision I am now short on time. I need to move into a new place by early January (at the latest). As it stands I have a strong social life, full-time employment and a busy schedule. I usually lift weights in the morning and train Muay Thai at night. Despite being organised I get hit with spontaneous energy bursts and am more then happy to socialise with my future flat mates. I have lived out home for many years I am competent at staying on top of my cleaning, hygiene and finances. I would ideally like to live with people my age (23) or older who are clean. I am completely impartial as to whether I live with men or women. All I ask is that don't stay up late making noise during the week.
