Hi Housemates, I landed back on the Sunshine Coast in January after a year away at the start of the year and have been renting a caravan. I'm seeking a bigger space now to create from. I’m Looking for a private room, section of a house, or self contained space somewhere leafy (Hinterland, Yandina, Cooroy, Pomona or Beach Coolum- Yaroomba area or similar). Also open to collaboration to start a new home. Healthy living / holistic lifestyle, creative, non-smoker/ drinker and long time local resident. I run a part time business supporting people to play alternative instruments and making/selling bamboo flutes. I practice my music most nights, playing Mandolin and flute. It's unplugged and I'll be in my own space, so anyone living with me should be ok with that. I also play didgeridoo at times. I value good Clear communication and am only interested in living with other people who also prioritise feeling safe to express their needs/ wants and maintaining a harmonious living space. I value a tidy space, no pets but i do love animals and will happily dish out pats to any pets in the house. Current budget ballpark is $300. Open to partial exchange for music lessons if that falls short. I would prefer to live in a home where other people are like minded. I’m not mainstream and prefer a household with minimal or no tv, alcohol/drugs. If you're watching the 6:00 news every day, then we would not be a match.
