Hi I’m Rachael. I’m hoping to stay on the Sunshine Coast to be close to family. I’m 41yrs, single, and have a 1yr old cavoodle Henry. He is housetrained and very affectionate with everyone.! We are very quiet and keep to ourselves. Definitely not party animals.! I have a very stable finances, and happy to pay 6months rent in advance if required. I’m currently on the dsp and finding it extremely difficult to find a place (just like everyone else). I do hope to find some volunteer work in the area I eventually live. My rental history is excellent, references happily provided if needed. I have lived solo for many years due to too many loud and messy housemates in the past. But, I’m open to giving it another go. I’m very easygoing and family oriented. Included in my current health care plan is medical marijuana, it is not something that everyone is accepting of. I do not share medication, it is not something I would usually mention to anyone, but to live together harmoniously I need to ensure it won’t be a problem. I’m an outdoor only smoker, no exceptions. I do not drink, but don’t mind if you do. I don’t partake in illegal drugs, and I actually do care if you do - I don’t want to live with you. My max affordability is $350 a week. I'm an open person, happy to accommodate for nearly any kind of household. I am social but happy to give others space and keep to myself. On weekends I unwind with a couple of drinks at mates places or the pub and am happy to keep to that all away from the property if need be. I can afford bond upfront, will always pay rent on time and look after my own space keeping it clean and respectful!
