I come with just myself and 4 suitcases of clothes 😉
Currently in Noosaville/Tewantin. Looking in this area and all the way along the coast to Maroochydore because without a car I'll be using the bus to get to go view places and the buses are great from Noosa to SSC.
I can move anytime. I've put 6mths, but can stay longer or shorter. $370 is my max, bills included. Still, the weekly rent I'm willing to pay depends on what's on offer. I have a fixed regular guaranteed income which is more than sufficient for rent, bills and my lifestyle. However, I'd like to pay no more than 300 a wk rent so I can save for emergencies. I have a recent police clearance certificate.
My plan is to eventually return to USA after publishing a book I've written. Meanwhile I'll keep renting around Noosa/SSC.
About me: friendly, clean, tidy, love music, nice, traveled, emotionally mature, single, straight, lived in diverse cultures here and the States, independent, children grown and flown, respectful and have respectful friends, healthy, fit enough, love a beach walk anytime and a swim in warm weather, enjoy an evening out, all family in Perth, like watching movies, eat cleanly, not a drinker, caring. I'm reviewing editing of the book I wrote which will take up my time for the next few months.
I'm looking for a fully furnished (sold my furniture) and fitted out household. All on one level preferably. Windows and doors sealed against pests etc, fans, a nice place to sit outside, walking distance to grocer's, bus route within a few hundred mtr's (sold my car), a kitchen to prepare simple meals (not a cook!).
Pets are fine ... I like animals and they like me ... it's a win win 🙂
