I'm a 20 year old male, working full time and looking to move closer to work. I love footy, cricket, football and music. I'm reasonably quiet but would love a social group of people to have a beer with and become good friends. I would not be home much during the week and usually play sport on the weekends.
hello, I’m 26, work in a pub and am also studying. I work most weekends so u may not see a lot of me. I have a little dog who is toilet trained and obedient, she’s not loud either or a yapper. I like going to the gym, goin on walks and catching up with friends. I have rented my own home for the past 6 years and lived with others, and am very respectful of others. I like to keep a clean tidy home
I work full time as a receptionist and live my job. I am easy going, responsible, get along well with people and respect their privacy. I am very tidy and like to clean house, I also enjoy cooking. I have children and they are independent.
Hey, I'm super neat, cook really well and don't play my music too loud. I'm allergic to cats but love dogs. I make clothes and read books in my free time. I work at daycare which is dope. Looking for a cool flatmate and a cool place to live.
I'm a mature trans woman who can be social when appropriate, and self-contained when not. I respect other people's privacy and property. I'm not much of a green thumb but do well with destructive gardening activities. I am pretty handy around the house - I have my own power tools and know how to use them safely. I have worked in IT for the last 22 years. As such, I'm pretty handy with helping out with tech matters. I am between roles right now, but when I am earning, I do so in the low 6 figure range. I am looking not just for a room for me, but for a place that has a rumpus area (or similar) that I can use for recording podcasts with half a dozen friends a couple of nights a week. I've just had to downsize from a 3BR house, so I still have a fair amount of stuff that I need room for as well. (Most of it is in plastic tubs and can be stacked vertically.) Note: Thanks to factors beyond my control, I have a hard limit for rent of $148/week at the moment. I can pay separately for utilities/internet but the rent has to be below that number. Bond can probably be fudged if I pay an extra week or two.
Myself Raghu (raghugannamani on instagram), I am about to finish my masters degree at Uni SA. I just work part time at Caltex Service Station and as a bartender at Tavern but soon will find a work in IT computer related. I am looking to move out of my current share house to live with some good people. I'm always happy to hang out and have a good time. I'm looking for house mate/s that are fun and social but can be responsible and helpful when it comes to house cleaning and other stuff. With me I will be very responsible when it comes to keeping shared spaces clean and tidy. Always respect and value personal space for other as well mine. Also looking to join a good team and find a house together. **Not interested to live in western suburbs** Cheers R

I am from INDIA , moving to Australia on feb 2019 , i am a full time student in unisa city west campus. looking for comfortable room to stay . Men or women no preference but have sharing mind.
The house is in a quiet street, there are two lounge rooms and two bathrooms. The room available is reasonably large with a built in wardrobe. The house is furnished, but the room is empty. We have ducted heating and a nice outdoor area out the back with a pool! :)
Previous occupants were a couple who lived here for 98 weeks, just 4 weeks short of 2 years - so it must be a comfortable and convenient place to live. Residents walk to the Aldi supermarket and the large shopping complex that is Tea Tree Plaza (TTP). One of them studied in Adelaide all this time, and it took about 19 minutes to get to Adelaide along the O-Bahn using the Express - no stops until Grenfell Street in Adelaide. It takes 2-3 minutes to walk to the bus-stop. The room has wall-to-wall floor-to-ceiling wardrobes, more than most people would ever need. There is a queen Sealey Posturopedic bed, large bookcase, ergonomic desk, desk lamp, bedside lamp, 2 bedside tables, 2 ergonomic chairs, waste basket, and a tallboy. There is a large, new, modern reverse-cycle air conditioner that is really quiet and bigger than needed for the room. The kitchen has a gas stove, pantry, plenty of cupboards, toaster, microwave oven, kettle, cutlery, crockery, a large 2-door side-by-side fridge freezer. There is a front-loading washing machine and cupboards; vacuum cleaner, iron, ironing board, and some other things. The room has a bay window, giving it extra character. No smokers, pets nor parties please. Utilities are an extra $20, charged with the rent. This includes electricity, gas (hot water and stove), water usage and the internet (which is the NBN at the fastest speed of 100 MB/sec - achieved). $20 pw more for a couple.
This is a comfortably furnished and well appointed home and the room available is the main bedroom with ensuite, double size built in robes mirrored, undercover parking. 4 minute walk to O-Bahn buses. Quiet location. We have solar panels and water tanks that service the garden. I do not use chemicals in or outside the house. I am looking for a friendly, responsible, clean and tidy person who will clean up after themselves and respect their environment. Must be non-smoker and no drugs.
My Home is in a Quiet street, Close to Buses and Blue Gums Hotel. Access to the Room is separate from the Main home so Night Shift Workers are not a problem. I do have 2 small dogs, but they never go down the other end of the home. The Room is Furnished and there is a Lounge And Breakfast Nook. Close to Shopping Centre Golden Grove/TTP.
It is a 3 bedroom/2 bathroom house but only 1 other person so you will have your own bathroom. The house and bedroom are furnished and there is also a pool. There is a bus stop at the end of the street which goes to tea tree plaza or golden grove and the o bahn to the city. Public transport is super convenient, especially if you work or study in the city. There's also a public pool, skate park and great walking trails nearby. There's lots of shops around and Tea Tree Plaza is also just down the road. Bills and internet included.
4 bedrooms available in a shared clean house, located in a quiet and peaceful neighbourhood near Tea Tree Shopping Plaza on Apalie Drive, Modbury. 5 minute walk to: - Westfiled Tea Tree Shopping Plaza - Tea Tree O-Bahn Bus Interchange to City - Modbury Hospital - Lots of restaurants, food outlets and shops The house is furnished and you will get shared access to fridge/freezer, Microwave oven and washing machine. Each room also has bed mattress. You only need bed sheet and pillow :) House also has central heating and cooling for all the rooms and large backyard. Bedroom 1: $135 per week - small Bedroom 2: $155 per week - medium Bedroom 3: $220 per week (Extra large room with separate beds capacity, builtin robes, attach bath, toilet and private entry to backyard. ****Twin share allowed****) Each tenant will get parking slot for 1 car. Rent includes all utilities (electricity, gas, water and unlimited NBN Internet). To respect everyone, no smoking inside. Sorry no pets. Feel free to contact to view the property
Hi! my name is Luke. I am friendly, positive and passionate about life. I am responsible, take good care of my living space, and am mindful of my housemates' well-being and personal needs. I am currently studying Nutrition at The University of Adelaide and work part-time at a pharmacy. I like to play musical instruments such as guitar, bass and piano and enjoy listening to a wide variety of music. My ideal housemate is somebody who is self-driven, responsible, and polite. I do not have any preferences pertaining to gender, sexuality, race, religion or personal beliefs. I do not personally have any pets, but am willing to make way for them provided they are low-maintenance, make no mess and do not disturb the household environment. Thank you for your time, I hope to hear from you soon. Luke

Large new house in leafy area of North Eastern foothills about 15mins from CBD. Area has good safety profile. You will have your own bathroom and hallway which is separated from my side of the house for plenty of private space. House has ducted heating and cooling in every room, as well as double insulation. Large furnished bedroom with huge built in robe. Large kitchen with essentials included. Two driveways to make parking and leaving easy NBN and utilities included in rent. Undercover outdoor patio.
Hey guys, Looking for a roommate to move in to help with bills and have company around work :) I have a Great Dane so you’ll need to love dogs! I work shift work so I need someone who understands the requirements after I work night shift for instance, the house will need to stay pretty quiet during the morning. Cute little home: open kitchen/dining/lounge. Internet set up with wifi and internet TV in lounge. Undercover outdoor area with seating for eight so it’s a good space to have afew drinks.
This place is located in Wynn Vale, very close to public transport and shopping centre. We have a gym in the garage, ducted cooling and heating , large rooms. We are looking for a few people to move in as we have two spare rooms.
We are a a pretty quiet couple but super relaxed. I am a stress baker (I clean up) so you will reap the rewards of that! I'm a carer so I spend a lot of time out of the house. Anthony works at the Rail Depot so is would be gone most of the day Mon-Fri. We just want a place we can come home at the end of the day and relax in :)
Hi, I'm Adam. I am an engineer who will be working in Adelaide from 6 months starting early February 2019. Currently living in Melbourne but am originally from Brisbane. I am looking for a fully furnished place that I can spend 6 months in (I will be on a 6 month secondment from my role in Melbourne). I will be working in the Edinburgh area and would ideally like to live somewhere between there and the CBD. At the present stage I have listed a few suburbs that were recommended to me by friends, but I am open to other areas. Ideally would like to have off-street parking, but it is not a deal breaker (there needs to be some kind of parking though as I will be bringing my car over with me). Again, preferably would like a place with my own bathroom or en-suite. Given I will be leaving effectively all of my furnishings in Melbourne I will require a furnished place. As for what I am like to live with, I typically keep to myself, but am generally up for a chat after work etc. I will keep the house clean and don't like to go out partying.
