Working couple, a teacher and student and landscape gardener. Quiet, clean, respectful and easygoing, responsible and prompt with rent and bills. We have a fur baby, rescue doggy 4 year old Dasha (Belgian Malinois), fully trained sleeps on our bed inside. She is not smelly or aggressive, very clean and quiet. We need a property with a fenced yard for Dasha and a shed available for Sam to safely store his work tools and an area where he could repair tools as he is also a small engine mechanic. This is an absolute must! We are happy to bring our own furniture if required so furnished is not a deal breaker. We would prefer to live in a household without any children living or visiting the property regularly, the occasional visit would be fine but not a regular shared parenting situation. We like to go camping and adventuring around, we both like art, cars and chilling as well as meeting new people. Neither drinkers nor smokers, we don't mind if you smoke/420 or a few quiet drinks but do not want a party house as we need to sleep for work.
