I’m Grace, I’m 34yo and I’m looking to create/join a cozy share house with 2 other room mates in the foothills area, mainly aiming for Ferntree Gully. My current budget is around $250 a week for rent, so creating a team up or finding an existing share house would be ideal!
While being an NDIS client who receives supports for adhd/ptsd/agoraphobia, it is my absolute dream to move somewhere amongst nature again🌻 My budget also allows me to offer a weekly pay ($$$) to chosen room mates for informal social support around the house, as I'm a wee lil nervous about the transition in the beginning, but I got this! I also have a cutie tuxedo cat named Scout. He’s my little shadow and follows me everywhere. I brush him, clip his claws regularly and aim to keep on top of cat hair 🐾
Loves - mythology, science, permaculture, animals, studying youth work, skateboarding, art and craft, poetry, lego, gaming, documentaries, cartoons/anime, folk/electronic/grunge music, my family and friends, a good dnm and endlessly learning about psychology.
House vibe goals - creative, kind, playful, restorative, environmentally conscious, with natural rhythms of introvert times and times of wanting to connect. Maybe some lounge room karaoke anyone? I adore bright colours and quirky home decor with softer tones of art nouveau. With the help of a legend of a cleaner, I value keeping a tidy living space best I can.
I would also love to create an outdoor fairy garden and a shared veggie patch 🍅
