Hi my name is Steph, I'm a relaxed, quiet, tidy young professional female who enjoys the outdoors, sport, yoga and running. I work for National parks and Wildlife Service in Ku-ring-gai National Park as a Ranger. My partner lives in south Sydney so im hardly home on weekends, and will mainly need my accommodation from Mon-Fri.
Looking for a professional, mature, considerate non-smoking female to share my beautiful 4 bedroom cottage with me and my awesome 9 year old daughter (she spends 50% of her time with her dad). We are set amongst acreage with a fabulous outdoor living area and views abound. I am offering a large bedroom with built in wardrobes. You would also have access to your own bathroom (extra large bath with shower). Surrounded by beautiful gardens, there is also secure, off street parking behind electric gates. The property is within walking distance of Ku-Ring-Gai Chase National park. Female only. No kids/couples or pets, sorry. $250 per week plus bills. Please message me for more details. Thanks. If you're looking for peace and quiet, look no further. Just a short drive to Terrey Hills with access to buses into the city. There is a bus stop within walking distance but it would be more suitable for a person with their own car. You must like dogs - I have two little old fluffy ones who will vie for your attention and force you to love them. Please get in touch if it sounds of interest to you :)
Easy-going, respectful, and clean person who is looking for the same in a roommate! I am definitely not a party person (I work full time), and respect your privacy and space. I socialise outside of home, but I’m also happy with watching a movie or having dinner with roommates. I really like video games, tv shows, movies, and reading. I prefer to Team Up with one other person and start a new sharehouse, however I am willing to go to an existing house if it's the right fit. I have rented in the Eastern Suburbs for the past five years; and have gotten a job in Frenchs Forest, so I’d like to move to the Northern Beaches. I’d like to pay less than $300 per week, and I am happy to share a bathroom. I currently live with a wonderful girl who is moving overseas, which means I have an apartment full of furniture and appliances to bring with me (I am good at the boring stuff like bills). She is also leaving her bed, bedside table, and desk. However, if you’d like to bring your own bedroom furniture, that’s cool too! I am a non-smoker who is also allergic to furry pets (my hayfever is very entertaining to watch in the spring). I'd prefer to live with just one other person (female preferred, but I’m happy to live with a male if it’s a good fit). I’d like to move in September/October, however I’m pretty flexible with the dates. Send me a message if you’d like to know more or meet up :)

Hi there! I go by Bree and I work full time. I have only recently moved to Sydney within the past year so I'm still getting to know my way around. I am planning on going back to uni next year as I was attending University of Newcastle prior to moving. I am very ambivert, so can be fun and chatty but also keep to myself a lot. I love yoga, video games, cooking and coffee! I have a very busy schedule so am often not home but always down for a drink, chat or chill out with my new roomies :D I am currently in a share house found on flatmates so I am familiar with how things should be run in order to make a shared living space comfortable and respectful to all. My current housemates are moving to a location that will require too much travel for me which means I am now looking for another room. While I am sad to leave them, I am excited to create another 'home' and meet new people. I am looking for somewhere with a spacious room and preferably with all bills and WIFI included. Somewhere where everyone helps maintain a clean, lively and respectful environment. Please don't hesitate to contact me if you think I would be the perfect fit for you situation. It would be great to be sent photos of my room with a clear outline of the shared living spaces. Thank you and look forward to chatting and potentially meeting you! :P

Originally from Melbourne looking to reside in the beautiful northern beaches while looking to study a Masters in Public Health. I'm neat and tidy, and love pets, so that'll never be a issue. I do have a car and will be making the long drive to Sydney once I move, so parking will be essential. Looking forward to meeting my new housemates in the near future :)
