Looking for a professional, mature, considerate non smoking female to share my beautiful 4 bedroom cottage with me and my awesome 9 year old daughter (she spends 50% of her time with her dad). We are set amongst acreage with a fabulous outdoor living area and views abound. You would have your own bathroom and use of two bedrooms (1 could be made into your own living space). Both rooms have built in wardrobes so plenty of storage space - I have a queen bed in one but can remove if required. If you're looking for peace and quiet, look no further. Just a short drive to Terrey Hills with access to buses into the city. We are behind an electric gate and have off street parking -there is a bus stop within walking distance but it would be more suitable for a person with their own car. You must like dogs - I have two little old fluffy ones who will vie for your attention and force you to love them. Bills will be split but are generally quite low. We have unlimited internet access. I am happy to commence viewings at the start of September (I will be overseas until then), with a view to someone moving in around the beginning of October. 2 week bond and rent is to be 2 weeks in advance at all times. Pictures will be sent on request. Please get in touch if it sounds of interest to you :)
Easy-going, respectful, and clean person who is looking for the same in a roommate! I am definitely not a party person (I work full time), and respect your privacy and space. I socialise outside of home, but I’m also happy with watching a movie or having dinner with roommates. I really like video games, tv shows, movies, and reading. I prefer to Team Up with one other person and start a new sharehouse, however I am willing to go to an existing house if it's the right fit. I have rented in the Eastern Suburbs for the past five years; and have gotten a job in Frenchs Forest, so I’d like to move to the Northern Beaches. I’d like to pay less than $300 per week, and I am happy to share a bathroom. I currently live with a wonderful girl who is moving overseas, which means I have an apartment full of furniture and appliances to bring with me (I am good at the boring stuff like bills). She is also leaving her bed, bedside table, and desk. However, if you’d like to bring your own bedroom furniture, that’s cool too! I am a non-smoker who is also allergic to furry pets (my hayfever is very entertaining to watch in the spring). I'd prefer to live with just one other person (female preferred, but I’m happy to live with a male if it’s a good fit). I’d like to move in September/October, however I’m pretty flexible with the dates. Send me a message if you’d like to know more or meet up :)
I'm very easy going friendly and down to earth person.Extremely clean and tidy. Don't drink or do drugs. Very understanding of other people's space. I work full time. Anything else you hust ask :) and I'd be more than happy to tell.
Hi there, I am looking for a place for my boyfriend. Stjohn is 22, very introverted and loves his own privacy. He is by no means a party animal and would prefer to find a quite place to rent. Of course he would understand if you would like the occasional gathering and friends/family over and will respect you and your own wishes. He is looking to move out ASAP due to unforeseen circumstances at his current home. Stjohn moved here from South Africa around 10 years ago, he enjoys playing guitar and video games in his own time. He also likes to train in Mixed Martial Arts, attends University at AIM and works part time at Aldi (as well as teaching guitar on his days off). If you think you have the perfect home for his, please do not hesitate to contact me. Thank you :)

I am a mature professional who has been running my consultancy business for the last 20 years, have been renting whole houses in Melbourne for a long time (references available) and look after properties as if they were my own. I am clean, happy to help with household tasks and gardening. I am independent, but enjoy social activities and am happy to have a chat/ dinner/ drinks with my housemates from time to time. I have a fun loving nature and a sense of humour! I have friends in the area I want to live in and in Sydney. I enjoy walking, the beach, reading, TV films etc, golf, I have recently taken up SUP, socialising, music (in particular live music). I am easy going but also enjoy my own company and privacy. I live in a bayside suburb in Melbourne and am looking forward to relocating to the Northern Beaches for its climate and lifestyle.

I'm a 31 year old mechanical engineer from Queensland. I've been living in NZ for the last 3 years working for Fisher & Paykel. Now I've got a sweet engineering job in Cromer starting on the 28th of August and I am looking for place to live in Sydney. I'm pretty quiet in the week, go to the gym and cook dinner - I love a beer on the weekend, cooking / entertaining and going for a surf, adventuring, exploring and watching UFC
Private house, great outdoor space , walking distance to beach and shops. Transport out the front, lovely yard. Very clean and tidy house . BBQ, air conditioning . MUST HAVE JOB WITH A WORKING HISTORY . NO TRANSIENTS . We are looking for a stable flatmate.
Hello, We have one bedroom available for rent in our family home. The room is a spacious 5x5m, already furnished with a queen size bed, built in wardrobe, lounge and coffee table. You will have your own bathroom (toilet/shower) but share a common vanity with my sister. We have a garden, a pool, a dog (whippet) and a ragdoll cat (when she decides to appear). Street parking is available, unlimited internet and bills are included. The shops are a 2 minute drive, Gordon station is a 10 minute drive/bus and the bus stop is a 5 minute walk.
Quiet street, close to Garigal reserve, bus and shopping centre. Easy going flatmates. Wifi, electricity, water and gas included. It has a separate entrance which takes you to 3 bedrooms and a 3-way bathroom. Private room, overlooking reserve, size 3.20 x 2.50, includes a melamine wardrobe.
Newly renovated 3 bedroom pad, large balcony with beautiful views, north facing which means it captures floods of sun throughout the day, outdoor heated spa amongst the tropical gardens, pets considered but interrogation with the fur baby will be held, not a party house but you can definitely start them off here but we like to make the mess and noise at the pub or someone else sacrificial dwelling, very clean (cleaner hired fortnightly), relaxed household..rent includes utilities.
Pool, spa, sauna, views, bushwalks nearby. Post divorce house with up to three teenage daughters in residence. Understandably, GIRLS ONLY PLEASE. It's a rumpus room converted to self contained area which was going to be a teenagers' retreat. It has a kitchenette with oven, microwave, sink and fridge, but does not have a cooktop. It does has its own separate access. There are bus stops a short walk away that service Gordon station and also an express bus to the city. There is a spiral staircase up to the rest of the house, so it is not acoustically isolated in either direction! I can blank off that staircase if need be. Some facilities like laundry are shared with the other occupants. The tenant would want to be somewhat social and be happy to allow two teenagers to focus on the HSC by not partying all night. I'm looking for an individual, not a couple or a parent/child. The fit of the person to the environment is important. I would rather the space be left vacant than have a tenant who didn't suit our family's circumstances. That being said, as a single dad I now have a serious mortgage and I need the extra income to help pay it off. The room is currently fitted out as a rumpus room. I'm happy to let it furnished or unfurnished and make it more suitable as a private space by fitting curtains or making sensible easy changes like that. The needs of the tenant will dictate whether I strip it out for you, or leave much of the furniture there. You decide! There's also a terribly affectionate Cavoodle dog who is bound to become your new best friend. If you are anti-dog, you need to factor that in.
Hi, we've just moved to Australia and looking for a relaxed and sociable home. We both work shifts, sometimes night shifts so will need times when the house can be very quiet, but will love to spend our free time socialising, exploring the local areas, or down at the beach. Looking at 3 month rent really, although we will probably be staying in the area for at least 6 months to a year. Furnished would be preferable, or as much furnishings as possible given that we have moved over from Europe so have nothing of our own. We look forward to hearing from you
