    $290/week47 year old woman

**No sharing houses or time wasters. Read below profile before messaging me. I'm a 47-year-old woman who works full time and 2 tuxedo indoor cats Rocky and Celine (medium fur). I work from home mostly doing phone sales for a well known health insurer. I enjoy photography, reading, swimming and going for walks in my free time. I’d like to find a place that is clean, and quiet. I work well with having my own responsibilities so I don’t mind a cleaning roster. I have 2 indoor cats, i hope you don’t mind the presence of a litter box, cat food and toys, and own a couch you don’t mind claws on. I’d like a peaceful, non judgmental space where I can relax and be myself. I am quite independent, though I do like watching tv/movies together at times too for some social time occasionally. The main thing is you are a person whom is easy to get along with, you are flexible and helpful and not passive aggressive and you help with cleaning the main areas and you are willing to close doors behind you so the cats don’t go outside. Windows with security flu screens are a must. I do like taking one of my cats outside on a leash so some greenery around or back yard is needed too. Security and safety of myself and my cats is my top priority. Hoping to find something relatively long term if the fit is right. Prefer going a lease or at least a written agreement signed by you of when me and my cats are moving in as we don’t want to end up homeless during the 30 days notice I’m required to give at my current place. *I do not own a car so needs to be close to a good public transport system. **I have my own furniture including bedroom furniture, fridge, washing machine, recliner. Would prefer a place with storage and queen bedroom (preferably) that is empty so can use my own bedroom furniture. I work from home so I need desk space and fast speed NBN or Cable internet connection.

    $300/week27 year old man

[Move date and suburbs are flexible for the right people] Hi everyone, I'm looking for a private room or a Teamup somewhere near public transport or the city. 😌 (Minimum 3 months, max 1-3 years) Ideally, looking for a place where I can be friends with my housemates and hang out occasionally- but I'm okay with simply coexisting, so long as we're comfortable around each other. :) ➖➖1️⃣➖➖ About me... 💁 ⭐ 27, Australian ⭐ Film Student, also dabbling in animation and game design- hoping to work in these fields full-time one day ⭐ Currently working in Disability, volunteering in Mental Health when I have the time/energy ⭐ Super creative, I'm always working on different projects- writing, digital media, arts and crafts... I adore making things, and never run out of projects! (The backlog is insane... my god...) ⭐ Ambiverted- I love to be around people, but also need heaps of downtime.... my commitments use up alot of energy. ⭐ My main interests are movies, games, museums, galleries, exploring the suburbs, creative projects , road trips and spending time with friends. That said, I'm always open to new experiences- you can drag me along to anything that isn't gonna kill me or my wallet~ ➖➖2️⃣➖➖ Why I'm a great housemate... 🏠 ⭐ I'm super super super clean! I know everyone says they're "clean", but I really am! ⭐ I don't mind a little clutter, or if you leave stuff around, as long as it's not dirty! I'm not a neat freak, I just care about hygiene. ⭐ I always take my shoes off, leave dishes sparkling, and clean things up as soon as they get dirty- I'm especially attentive to the kitchen, bathroom and carpets. ⭐ I'm really, really casual- if you're up for a chat, so am I, but I'm also happy if you wanna just come home and collapse on the couch. I get it, it's been a long day. That said, you should totally play board games with me and come along for mini golf. 🤞 ⭐ I'm super friendly, cruisy and non-judgemental- I don't really get offended by anything, as long as you're nice then I'm happy! ⭐ I care about making sure everyone's comfortable at home- your home is your fortress, man. Nobody should need to feel on edge, or feel like they need to put on a mask at home. As long as we're all being nice, keeping the house clean, and respectful of each other's needs- I'm happy for us all to just... do whatever, relax and let our hair down. ⭐ I've been told that I'm good company? I'm a pretty funny guy, as long as I'm not tired or busy people tend to have a great time when I'm around. I like being happy. 🤷 ⭐ I've had some great friendships with former housemates, and while it's not *essential*, I'm hoping to make some new pals whenever I end up next. ➖➖3️⃣➖➖ Anyhow, I suck at writing these, I'm more of a... "meet-up-and-feel-the-vibes" type of person, so if you have any questions please reach out! (If you're interested in a Teamup, I'd be happy to meet over a video call or a coffee run to see how we vibe!) Thanks, -Dureece 😌 ---- Requirements: • No pets (due to allergies 😭) • No shoes inside the house • High standard of cleanliness ✨ • Housemates between 21 to 35y.o. • Maximum 2 housemates, plus me • No drug users (weed is fine, but I won't be joining you- and not in the house please 😷) --- (Max budget of $350 per week for places in the CBD or within 20min, $300 per week for anything further out.)

    Osama

    $250/week27 year old man

My name is Osama. I’ve been living in Australia for over six years. I run my own businesses here and overseas, which gives me a stable income, and I sometimes take on side projects or gigs just for fun and variety. I also continue my psychology studies at Swinburne University from time to time — it’s an ongoing interest that I dip in and out of, though not my main focus. I live simply and travel light. For me, a home is more about the people in it than the things inside it. I don’t have a fixed location in mind as long as it’s within Melbourne and feels open, welcoming, and not like a cage. I really love animals — I enjoy seeing them in the wild or in big open spaces with other pets. That said, I prefer not to live with indoor pets, so I’ll admire them from a respectful distance and call myself the “weird guy” who loves animals best when they’re free. What I value most in a home is a calm and respectful atmosphere. I like living with people who are kind, mindful, and open to communication. I’m easygoing and considerate, clean in shared spaces, and a non-smoker. Socially, I enjoy balance — sometimes sharing a tea, meal, or movie, and other times enjoying quiet independence. Either way, I respect the rhythm of those I live with. I’m drawn to households that lean toward intentional or mindful living: open communication, simple routines, and the sense that home is a place of belonging, not just a roof. I’m not interested in dealing with agents, because I don’t see living as a business transaction. I’d rather share a space with people who value community and comfort over profit. NOTE: The first 3 months are just to make sure everyone’s happy — after that, my plan is to stay for years. My budget is flexible with bills, and I’m happy to add up to $50+ if there’s a good reason. I can also be flexible with the moving date if needed — anywhere between November and December works for me if that helps. That was me in a nutshell — if you think I’d be a good fit, please reach out. And if any questions come your way, ask away, I don’t bite :) Thank you.
