I'm an 19-year-old guy on a working holiday, balancing part-time work with my studies. My place is a cozy haven for relaxation and productivity. It's tidy, organized, and filled with books and music. I enjoy spending my free time exploring new places, trying out different cuisines, and meeting new people. A non-smoker with no pets or kids, I value my independence and cherish the freedom that comes with this exciting chapter of my life.

My name is Tiahn, though I usually go by "T". I'm 26 and moved to Canberra 6 months ago from Newcastle, NSW for work (full-time Public Servant - how original). I'm looking to move out from my current place asap either by myself or with 1 other person. If you’re looking to team up but hate the admin, I’m your girl! Keeping track of properties in spreadsheets, making notes and attending inspections is where I thrive. Depending where I move/who I move with, I can fully or partially furnish the space as I most recently shared with a partner and we jointly own an entire house worth of stuff. Ideally, I would like a home office - as I usually WFH up to 4 days a week - in addition to a bedroom and my own bathroom. So i'd be looking for 3 bedrooms minimum - means we won't be feeling like we're on top of each other! I'm a non-smoker, non-drinker and don't have any kids or pets (i'm not opposed to sharing with someone who has a pet, though!). I would appreciate someone who is respectful of others and doesn't party at home. I enjoy spending my free time at the gym, reading, trying to keep my veggie garden alive, playing board/card games, watching Netflix, getting outside - walks, picnics, ParkRun, going to the beach (still getting used to the fact that the beach is no longer <10 mins from where I live) freediving, learning to surf. I'm enjoying slowly exploring Canberra and would absolutely be open to hanging out at home or going out, but can respect if someone likes doing their own thing. My home is always clean, tidy and organised - I like things to have their place. I'd like to live with someone who doesn't have an issue cleaning up after themselves or keeping common areas tidy. If you've gotten this far without me scaring you off, please shoot me a message!
