Would be good to have own bathroom or at least a loo separate to bathroom ( would love a bath!). Keen for a decent heating system for colder months. In ideal world would love to have a space that I could use for my music (eg largish bedroom or spare room or extra living room - I am in to jazz and folk - singing and piano/ guitar, have electric keyboard with headphones. I am mindful of sleep needs of others though - I need to sleep too and go to work in the morning so I understand). Open to moving in to existing place or teaming up to start a new one.
