I will be looking for a place to stay in Canberra around May. I am starting work full time as a Police officer in Canberra and plan to travel up from my home in Bega and stay while I'm on my shift blocks (3-5 days) and then travel home for days off. I worked as a Paramedic for 7 years around NSW prior to this. I am an easy going guy, tidy, and would be keeping to myself mostly while I'm there as I will be working long day, afternoon and night shifts. I am ideally looking for something private and quiet, and somewhere I can come and go frequently as I will be travelling home often.
