Heya, I'm Felix. I'm a 25 year old guy who moved to Adelaide from Sydney in 2024 for for full time work after finishing my double degree. I've been living on my own in Vale Park for the past year which has gotten a bit lonely. However the landlord is selling, so I'm looking for somewhere new and keen to share with other people in their twenties. Preferably looking to stay close to public transport and the CBD, and preferably on the east side ( I do a lot of cycling in the Adelaide Hills). I've lived independently on my own, and in a share house before. I tend to be a clean individual and like staying on top of housework and maintenance. I pretty religiously go to the Adelaide Markets on Saturday mornings but otherwise in my spare time I like going out and checking out restaurants and bars or to the Cinema (I'd be keen to find someone to help me see more of Adelaide); running, road cycling and generally exploring, especially with others. I quite often travel either for work or to visit friends and family, and will often have a few people mates down at various points in the year. At home I can normally be found with either a cup of tea or a whisky/wine depending on the time of day and either in the kitchen cooking or working on a project. While I value my own space to recharge especially after work, I'm also always keen to share a cuppa or glass and a yarn over dinner or a good tv show. I'm keen to meet some chill people that will be cool to be around.

The current landlord is selling the property where I am living. The contract is ending by end of June 2025. So, there comes with an uncertainty of my living that, if the sale succeed, the future landlord would be either a pure investor or someone who wants to move in. As a result, I'm in urgent looking for a property to move to, just in case the future landlord wants to move in causing my rental agreement can't be renewed. My idea is that I want to take an entire rental property. So, I'm considering to team up with someone who can be the joint applicant with me in taking the entire property. I reckoned that it would probably enhance the chance of succeed than applying it by either one of us solely. And, as we will be the legal tenants on the contract, we share the entire property with equal responsibility in maintaining it, as well as sharing the rent. I am an introvert, a responsible person, and I like a clean, organised, non-partying, non-smoking house. I like socialising but also respecting others privacy and boundary. I am a responsible person that would take care of the house, return and put-away things to where I used and got from, clean up stuff that I made mess with, and keep the house in its original condition.
