Hi! I'm a quiet and introverted 36 year old working full time for the government. I'm looking for somewhere calm and queer friendly to move into. I'm quiet, clean, value and respect privacy in a household and always pay my rent on time. Sometimes I can even pay part of my lease up front! I prefer to shop and cook for myself but am not opposed to an occasional pot luck. I have some minimal flat pack furniture for a bedroom and a double bed frame and mattress though I will sell or store my things to accommodate a pre-furnished room if required. I don't currently have any pets but I LOVE DOGS!

Hey Peeps! My name's Dew and I'm looking to move into a new home for me and potentially my 9-year-old cat, Opal, before June 12th. (She's a short-haired Turkish Angora) I've previously lived in very social share-houses and adored the experience. I'm a big fan of all things music, spending time on my PC and recently, horror movies and recently. I've started getting into photography. I'm currently studying in a barber course located in the heart of the city and work pretty close to the northern CBD, so I'm ideally trying to land somewhere that's relatively close to the city. I own a car and drive, so I can make some sacrifices regarding distance, but I wouldn't go any further than a 20-minute drive away from the CBD as I have to wake up early for my course while also working night shifts. Opal's lived with both cats and dogs previously and could be trained to live with other pets if the situation required it. She's very much a people person and a cuddler, but will take a little warming up as she can be initially skittish. I on the other hand, work about 54 hours a week between my two jobs and my course's practical study, so I'm very much familiar with hard work and responsibility. I've always loved having a "chore-board" in my previous arrangements but that's by no means a requirement. My old housemate described me as one of the best people she's lived with in her 7+ years of renting. Would love to hear from you lovely people, regarding team-ups and housing opportunities :)
