Hi!

I'm Mark, a 32-year-old working full-time in solar sales around Brisbane. I'm clean, tidy, easy-going and respectful of other people's space. I'm pretty social and enjoy getting out and about, but these days I'm definitely more into a balanced lifestyle than late nights.

Outside of work I spend a lot of time at the gym, hiking, trying new cafés and restaurants, and catching up with friends. I also enjoy board games, trivia nights, watching and playing sport, exploring new places around Brisbane, and I'm always up for a movie night. I'm generally someone who enjoys being active and meeting new people, but I also appreciate a quiet night at home to recharge.

I also have a miniature dachshund who is incredibly friendly, affectionate and well-behaved. She's fully house-trained, loves people, rarely barks and spends most of the day asleep while I'm at work. She's always happy to make new friends, and I'm more than happy to introduce her beforehand if you'd like.

I'm looking for a relaxed, friendly household where everyone gets along, is respectful of each other's space, and ideally enjoys a chat every now and then rather than just being strangers sharing a house. I keep shared spaces clean, always pay rent and bills on time, and I'm easy to communicate with.
