    $300/week30 year old man

A bit about myself; I'm 30, single, non smoker, no pets I'm pretty quiet, easy going and get along with most people well. I like my own space and mostly keep to myself while trying to keep out of your way but I am also social, like having a chat and am up for cooking or sharing a meal or going for a hike or whatever we have in common. Enjoy getting out of the house or having a crack at new things, or checking out new food venues etc. Will pull my weight around the house and pay bills/rent on time - I've lived in share houses before so I know how things work and most importantly how to be a good housemate! Attributes - clean, quiet, reliable, dependable, respectful, trustworthy, understanding, courteous and considerate with good etiquette (well aware of my housemates, neighbors and surroundings) also financially smart and stable. Hobbies - I enjoy cooking, fishing, camping, gardening and I'd like to get back into things like hiking, mountain biking (pretty much anything outdoors) and maybe even join some type of team sports and do some forms of volunteering once back in Launceston I've just completed Cert III in Warehousing so once my three weeks of work placement is out of the way (and if that doesn't turn into employment) I'll hopefully pick up work within a few weeks of completion (as I'm not fussy and will work nearly any kind of job) and if all I can find is part-time hours I'll take the opportunity to complete / obtain some more licenses, courses and certificates until I secure something with full-time hours. (I am extremely good at budgeting and am very financially stable right now) I'm flexible with stay length, I'm most likely wanting to stay in Launceston for at least a year or two as I don't like moving around a lot but 3-6mths stay length or shorter could be possible and may suit me fine. The main things I'm looking for is a reasonably priced room in a nice clean house, in a good location with easygoing house-mate(s) hopefully that share some similar interests .. but I'm not overly phased as I'm pretty flexible and easy going with most things .. cheers !

    $200/week34 year old woman

A mid-thirties professional, I am currently undertaking my PhD, with living preferences based upon easy cycling and walking distances to and from commitments (preferably close to the city). However, I'm open to the right places and living with the right people is equally as important. I have lived, studied and worked in my profession in two States, as well as volunteered and worked professionally overseas (to a lesser extent). I live an active, conscious life: I seek to live respectfully, communicate well, and have a daily yoga and pilates practice that brings mindfulness and strength to my life. Where time permits, I practice organic food growing (this is limited to herbs at present). I am seeking to live with people who are clean, social (but not a party house), conversational and considerate (for instance, quiet within reason at night), mindful and independent, and with good judgement. I also seek to live by the same values. I enjoy bush walking and spending time at the beach, albeit in smaller windows at present. I am initially looking to sign on for 1-4 months with the intention to stay longer, as I am renting direct from the landlord and they are putting their house on the market soon. I am therefore looking for a new, suitable arrangement. If we message each other via Flatmates, please feel free to ask about any matters you may wish to confirm prior to arranging an inspection. An initial phone call is fine. Cheers, Gabrielle
