$300/week•30 year old man
A bit about myself;
I'm 30, single, non smoker, no pets
I'm pretty quiet, easy going and get along with most people well. I like my own space and mostly keep to myself but I am also social, like having a chat and am up for cooking or sharing a meal or going for a hike or whatever we have in common. Enjoy getting out of the house or having a crack at new things, or checking out new food venues etc. I've lived in share houses before so I know how things work and most importantly how to be a good housemate!
Attributes - clean, quiet, reliable, dependable, respectful, trustworthy, understanding, courteous and considerate with good etiquette (well aware of my housemates, neighbors and surroundings) also financially smart and stable
Hobbies - I enjoy cooking, fishing, camping, gardening and I'd like to get back into things like hiking, mountain biking (pretty much anything outdoors) and maybe even join some type of team sports and do some forms of volunteering once back in Launceston
I've just completed Cert III in Warehousing so once my three weeks of work placement is out of the way (and if that doesn't turn into employment) I'll hopefully pick up work within a few weeks of competition (as I'm not fussy and will work nearly any kind of job) and if all I can find is part-time hours I'll take the opportunity to complete / obtain some more licenses, courses and certificates until I secure something with full-time hours.
(I am extremely good at budgeting and am very financially stable right now)
I'm flexible with stay length, I'm most likely wanting to stay in Launceston for a year or two but 3-6mths stay length or shorter could be possible and may suit me fine.
The main things I'm looking for is a reasonably priced room in a nice clean house, in a good location with easygoing house-mate(s) hopefully that share some similar interests .. but I'm not overly phased as I'm pretty flexible and easy going with most things .. cheers !
