Hi, I'm a 35-year-old single male and non-smoker, looking for a quiet place within reasonable proximity to the CBD. Something secure with the ability to "lock and leave" essentially, as I work full-time on a 3-weeks-on / 3-weeks-off roster as an offshore electrical supervisor so would be away for 6 months of the year. I often need to do additional work from home or the CBD office, so a quiet space where I can set up my computer would be ideal — and being close to the CBD is a big plus for when I’m required in there. I also drive a Ford Ranger ute, so parking (either on-site or nearby) would be essential, both when I’m home and away. I was born in Perth and have lived here most of my life. My family is still based here, and I spend a lot of time with them during my time off. I’m health-conscious, cook regular meals, go to the gym most days, and like to get out for a round of golf when the weather’s good. I’m very tidy and like to keep things well-organized around the house. My weeknights are usually very quiet, but I enjoy catching up with mates on the weekends — usually for dinner, live music, sporting events, or just a casual hangout.
