Hi I'm looking for a room or apartment in Nedlands, West Perth, Shenton Park, Floreat, Crawley, Claremont, Leederville, Subiaco or close to the city. I'm also open to teaming up to find an apartment with the right housemate/s. I work full-time as a Coordinator for a Mining and Exploration company based in Nedlands. I'm considerate, reliable, friendly, honest and clean. I respect other people's privacy and property and make a great tenant or housemate. I value positive people and attitudes. I'm healthy, active and mostly quiet but also happy to be social and go with the flow of the household. I love having a housemate/s that I vibe well with. Budget is flexible and depends upon the room / apartment. Hopefully the property has fast reliable wifi and I would prefer a room with my own bathroom and WIR or large built in wardrobe. Furnished room with a queen size bed would be great but unfurnished is no problem either. Length of stay can be 6 months, 12 months or longer if its the right fit :) I'm looking to move in around 26-28 November.

Grew up in Melbourne but spent about 5 years in the Pilbara and the last few years in Perth. I don't know a huge amount of people in Perth so I'd ideally like to join a house where we're all friends and enjoy each other's company. I come with a 4wd and plenty of outdoor gear. Extra points for a household that likes kicking a ball around or shooting hoops (keep in mind I'm no good at either). Require an off-street parking spot for the 4wd. Would ideally like another off-street spot for my small daily but not that fussed about parking it on the street if required.

She has a calm and obedient nature when indoors and is cared for with daily training, exercise, and routine. A pet friendly place is important to me. I prefer a smaller, quieter household. I spend most of my time on computer work or training with my dog. I’ll have my computer set up in my room and will be doing my work there, so I’m not disruptive around the house. I’m not OCD but I do like things clean and tidy. Mostly do my own thing with food but happy to share basics. Don’t have much furniture but can contribute if needed. Outside of that I enjoy being outdoors and I’ve recently got back into the gym. I can be social but also value my own space and quiet time
