I own my own business in the country (a gym),but am taking a change of pace in 2018 to study full time. I train for powerlifting competitions, so the lifestyle I lead supports that: healthy eating, quality rest and clear head space. I grew up on a farm with 4 brothers and have lived in share accommodation for a number of years (both in Sydney and overseas). I know the importance of having my own space in a share house so am totally respectful of that for my housemates. In saying all of this I am definitely not a recluse! I would be up for exploring funky bars every now and then with my new housemates, but totally understand if that isn't their cup of tea either! I am financially stable, so being a student is not a problem. I'm a pretty easy going person however I don't want to live with smokers, pets, party people or kids :)

Hi my name’s Gemma, I’m 23 and I just moved to the GC about a month ago. I have been crashing at my mates and now think it’s time for me to venture off on my own and find a place to live. I’m extremely clean, I'm not 100% OCD, but close to it. I feel that it’s disrespectful not to be clean when living with other people and would like to live with like-minded people. I'm very health and fitness orientated, if I’m not at home or work, I’m at the gym. I don’t party every weekend, I don’t mind a few drinks after a long week but I’m not one to go out clubbing all the time. Most weekends I would prefer to go hiking or do something outside. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact me :)
I am currently moving to the Gold Coast from Melbourne to pursue a career within the Sport of Golf. I will also be working full-time and then practicing/playing when I am not working. I would be a very quiet/focused housemate. I am very easy to get along with, always positive and motivated. I am a clean person and I always pick up after myself. I understand the importance of respecting other people, their ways of thinking and their personal space. I am not a fussy person and I can also make people laugh :)
Hey guys! We are a super friendly and easy going couple looking for a room on the Gold Coast, anywhere between Mermaid and Currumbin. We are looking for a clean and peaceful place where we will feel at home and where we can relax after work. We don’t party, but we would like to be able to share a conversation, dinner or/and a drink (or two) with our roomie(s) once in a while! We would prefer a room with ensuite or own bathroom and we both have a car, so either a place with an off-street parking or a place where we can easily park on the street would be ideal. If your house is close to the water, the beach or surrounded by nature it’s a bonus as we love nature and being outdoors and if you have a dog it’s a double bonus as we looove dogs! :P We are clean, respectful, organised and easy to live with. We are both working full time, I am a graphic designer and Fabio is a restaurant manager. In our free time we enjoy having bbq’s, going to the beach, being outdoors, doing road trips or going on some sort of adventure! We are looking to pay somewhere around $200-250/week and move at the end of February, but we are open to move earlier if we find the perfect place :) If you have a place for us we would love to meet with you. Kath and Fabs
Hey :) My name is Natasha (tash) and I'm 24 years old. I work full time as an Occupational Therapist in Burleigh. I live a busy and active lifestyle during the week so home would be my place of quiet retreat. In my spare time I enjoy exploring the outdoors, reading, writing for my blog and travelling. I like to socialise however not a party animal or into the whole party scene. I am tidy, reliable, easy going and friendly. Looking for a room with ensuite ideally. Non smoker :)
Hi there! We're a young couple moving from the United States (Ohio) to Australia in the beginning of May 2018. I (Madison) will be attending Bond University to receive my Master's in Nutrition & Dietetic Practice and plan on finding a part-time job alongside, while Cory will be working full-time as a Personal Trainer, as well as beginning his own online business relating to fitness. We are both really into health/nutrition/fitness. We also love Jesus, love to travel, explore, try new things, and eat of course. I am also really into organic/homemade beauty and cooking, so in my free time, you'll find me making cool things in the kitchen. We are both very clean, tidy, and like to be on top of things. We are looking for a place that reflects this kind of organization and flatmates that are very mature, respectful, keep busy, and live a healthy, goal-oriented lifestyle, as well. Because we are coming from across the world, we would REALLY prefer something already furnished (unless there's something we can't pass up!). We do love our time to ourselves, but we also want to be able to chat and hangout with our flatmates. We aren't partiers, but we do love our occasional wine nights. Because we are foreigners, we would prefer flatmates that have grown up in Australia or have lived there for an extended period of time so we can have some people to show us the ropes (maybe even teach us how to surf). If this sounds like you, we can't wait to hear from ya (:
Hi all :) I'm a twenty-seven y.o male who currently lives in Cairns and has been offered a job on the Gold Coast at short notice and would like to find somewhere to liiive :) I see myself as clean and tidy, respectful, honest, non-judgemental and down to earth and very easy to get along with. In Cairns my idea of fun is going for a swim at the local swimming holes, hiking to said swimming holes :P n going to the beach with mates. If y'all wanna know more, jus ask :) :)
.Hey I am looking for a nice place to live and of course a nice flatmate, clean and tidy. I am 36yo I work fulltime but I like to enjoy my days off I have a motorcycle.
Hi, I'm a solo Mum of beautiful 2yo girl. We lead a very active lifestyle, often out & about at the beach and adventuring with our friends. We go away once a month to visit family interstate and often have sleepovers on the weekend at friends. I study & work a few days too, my daughter has daycare. When we are at home we are making yum healthy food & enjoying our sanctuary. Being a single Mum I really struggle when I rent on my own, the cost of living on our own makes it extremely difficult, even impossible. So I am needing wanting hoping to find someone amazing I can rent 1 or 2 rooms in their home for a long term, as I have done for the last 18mths. I am a qualified Swim Teacher, and I am doing my Wedding Celebrant course currently :) I work at a cool little Infrared Sauna and massage place in Mermaid Beach. If you have a home that you think would be perfect for us, would love to hear from you and see if we can make it work. Am looking for somewhere from the second week of Feb. & wanting to share with someone who is down to earth and just easy going. Someone who lives a balanced, happy lifestyle too. Someone we can share a home with and have a friendship, a BBQ & few beers or a wine at times :) and also we can both give each other space and privacy too, i think is important to have that good balance. Im a really happy, cruisy person and my daughter is a ray of sunshine, very well behaved (a menace at times, but you will fall in love with her) 😊

Hi there I'm looking for a place somewhere around Robina, Varsity, or Burleigh. I work in Burleigh for an engineering sales company hence the desire to live close to work. Also I spend most of my time down there. I'm very relaxed and spend most of my weekend out and about. Like music and play guitar a bit (at work). Like cycling (not in spandex!) and the out doors life style that the GC is so good for. Cheers :)
Hi I'm Rickie Lee. I'm moving into my new property in the beginning of March but looking for a room to stay in the meantime (5-6weeks). I'm 29, work full time in hospitality in Broadbeach. Im clean tidy and reliable :) I always pay rent/bills on time. But the best thing- I come with a super cute 3 yo Dalmatian doggy! He lives outside, he's well bahaved, never barks and absolutely loves all people and other dogs. So a fenced yard area would be needed for him. Id prefer a furnished room (well with a bed at least) as all my furniture is in storage and I don't want to have to dig through it all until I move into the new house... Feel free to message me for any further details ✌🏻 Thanks 😆
Heya, I’m Becky and I’m 21 years old. I moved from Adelaide in October 2017 and currently live in Brisbane, however would love to move to the coast. I’m a medical receptionist and enjoy a social drink on weekends and spending time at the beach.
23 year old New Zealander who's been given a full-time job in Burleigh heads as a panel beater, as I'm moving from New Zealand I'd love to have accommodation sorted for when I arrive in Australia. I'm an easy going guy who's well maintained and has a good sense of humour.
Hi, my name is Chaithanya. I am from India. I have currently enrolled for master of criminology in Bond university. I love travelling and exploring new things. I also enjoy swimming, trekking. I am a non smoker.
Hey all! I'm currently seeking a room or someone to start a house up with! I'm wanting to live around Burleigh heads/Burlegh Waters, Varsity Lakes, Robina, Mudgeeraba. Basically south end of the Coast. I'm 24 and currently working a casual position (but full time hours) I don't smoke, occasionally have a few drinks and no drugs. I'm clean and respectful of other people and their property. I live a pretty quiet life but also spend time out with friends. I pay rent on time and have no issues when it comes to bills/bond. I do have an almost 2 year old Golden Retriever, she doesn't bark, chew or cause any destruction and she's also house trained. She is also very small for a retriever. I'm happy to answer any questions you may have. Talk soon Rachael
I'm a senior hairdresser of 3 years, from the Byron Shire. I'm respectful and love my own space but also love to be social and have a drink or two on the weekends when I'm not working. Looking for a room to rent in apartment/sharehouse at the start of March Message me for any questions!
Currently looking for a long term room/place to rent around Burleigh or surrounding suburbs. I work full time shift work including nights, I’m respectful of other people’s personal space and have lived with housemates before which I have become great mates with. Recently moved to the Gold Coast due to a transfer for work to further my career. I like to keep the house clean, tidy and welcoming. I like to socialise but I’m not a party animal, gym, surfing and heading to the beach for a swim are my main hobbies outside of work. I have a 2 year old English staffy, she is the biggest softy and loves nothing more than a cuddle, gets along very well with other dogs so would love to live with another animal lover or dog parent ☺️ Feel free to message me if you have any questions!
