I'm a law student who is currently working part-time in a law firm and part-time on the coast. I'm very clean and tidy and like my own space, but also enjoy chats with my room mates. Hi there, We are a late 20s/early 30s couple living in a nice and newly renovated 3 bedroom house in Varsity Lakes and looking for one, or potentially 2, house-mate/s to rent our spare room/s. We keep a very clean and tidy house, we both work regular hours, we have passed our partying years and don't make much noise or stay up late. We are very friendly and easy to get along with, and are happy to share as much, or as little of our social lives with you as you would like. We are strict vegetarians so would prefer someone who could respect keeping our house meat-free. We are both really good cooks so if you wanted to contribute and share food we would make sure you were well fed. Other than that as long as you are clean and tidy, reliable and respectful, I'm sure we will get along just fine. Vegetarian Preferred Garage Gym

Luxury waterfront Unit, 10m walk to Bond, at H20! The apartment is furnished, and it's a massive apartment so there's heaps of space. If you want to take over the lease, that's ideal, or if you just want to rent a furnished room, that's also okay. :) THE COMPLEX: From the entryway with fountain and secured intercom, under fragrant star-jasmine vines as you walk through the complex, this complex has been set out to make you feel at home. The fully-equipped gymnasium, bbq area, sunbaking lounges, and lap pool with seperate wading area means everything is ready for entertaining. If you watch, you might spot a gecko, lizards or ducks by the garden beds. We've also got a lovely, relaxed onsite manager, which is always a blessing. It's not, however, a party complex, so you need to be willing to keep any potential crazy nights confined to the clubs. THE APARTMENT: This apartment provides the perfect backdrop for summer. The waterfront views through the full length bay-terrace doors always provide hours of visual stimulation, where from the balcony, kitchen, living and dining you can watch the rowers and dragon boaters in the morning and in the afternoon you can spot a pair of swans, a flock of seagulls, or the odd pelican. In the evening, citronella candles on the balcony keep the bugs at bay. The cooling breezes blow through the balconies, cooling the living-room, kitchen, breakfast bar, and formal dining room meaning there's been no need for aircon to date. This quiet apartment has all the little luxuries, and lot of attention has been put into decking this place out well. The kitchen includes the double sinks, granite bench tops, plus a new fridge, and coffee machine for your caffeine hit. The bathrooms have bath and rainforest shower. The solar hot-water means you don't have to worry about cold showers, but can enjoy relaxing under the rainfall shower. The drier is useful for sheets and fluffing towels, though it's prefered if you air-dry your clothes. They last longer that way! There is two car spots, though usually one when I'm home. While I'm in Sydney, you each can use them. It is tandem parking, so that requires communicating with the other housemate, who ever they may be. We also have a bike you can use while you're here. ROOM OPTIONS ROOM 2. This is Yvonne's current room. It's got a king single bed, cubeshelves, desk, and bedside drawers in it. It also has a mirrored closet doors and a private balcony. BILLS: *Wireless internet in the apartment (Optional, Unlimited, ~$9 per week). *Electricity: Metered, Wholesale. Last bill was less than $10 each a week. *Water: Metered, about $8 per week LOCATION: *Piers for fishing and bird-feeding. We have fishing rods here for use. *Walking trails along the river-front, spotted with star-jasmine vines and trees. *Pond next-door with ducks and other birds. *1 minute walk to public transport too, with buses every 15 minutes from 5am to 1am. *Bond uni is 10 minutes walk. *Aldi Supermarket is 15 minutes walk. *Varsity Parade, is a 10 minute walk through the courtyard, with IGA and Market Square, Cafés such as Old Paris and Blackboard, fast-food options, multiple bulk-billing medical centre and pharmacy, florist, multiple beauticians and salons and other shops including a photographer, lawyer, and local politician. *Robina Town Centre (Apple, Designer stores, Supermarket, general mall) is 10 minutes away. *Beaches are 15 minutes away, though I'd allow 20 to hit Burleigh *Close to natural parks with waterfalls, glowworms, parakets, ducks and other wonders *Surfers Paradise (for the tourists) is 25 minutes away. AVAILABILITY: We are hoping to find some people as soon as possible, for at least one semester so everyone's settled for in time for uni! We do have a flexible moving date and flexibility with the accomodation arrangements, but the room is currently available, so please contact me to discuss. I'm a law student and Bond. As I said, I'm hoping to go to the College of Law in Sydney for 15 weeks. I furnished the apartment and hold the lease in my name currently, so you probably won't see me much. My current housemates are Doug and Yvonne. Doug's moving to the beach, and Yvonne's just graduated, so we're all in a time of transition, and hoping to find some new flatmates who need a place to stay! We've got two beautiful girls who are moving in, Raveen and Sandy. They are both Bond Uni Law students, and really nice, sweet girls. :) If you take Yvonne's room, you will share a bathroom with Sandy. :) There's a new girl taking over my housemate, her names Raveen, and she's from canada. She seems super nice and chill! We're looking for a nice, clean housemate, so if you are looking a luxury apartment along with two fun loving, yet quiet roommates, please sent me a message! Thanks!

Hi. I'm sociable, happy, responsible, and clean. I have lived along well with both guys and girls while I've moved throughout Queensland a few times over the last 5 years as required by my current work. I've just returned to a Gold Coast position for a minimum 3 yrs (likely forever), working full time for a Qld Government organisation. I'm looking for two other like minded people to team up with and move into a house. I'm able to afford up to $260 for rent. Ideally I'd like to move into a modern 3 or 4 bedroom house, with 2 or 3 bathrooms, and a moderate yard in a decent area. I'm not after a party house, but a social afternoon BBQ or drinks once a month would be great. I have a perfect rental history, no late payments, no breaches. I've always received full return of bond. I keep common areas tidy and am respectful of others, but I'm not OCD with it or how you live. I have furniture for my bedroom plus one living space, a medium fridge, and kitchenware. I also have a lovely, affectionate, 10 year old female blue heeler, she has lived happily outdoors with other dogs previously, is well behaved and never destructive, and she loves people. I don't smoke, don't have kids, don't do drugs, and only drink out for occasions. I'm keen on sharing Internet/wifi, and Foxtel, if others are too. I am flexible with moving dates, +/- 2 weeks. I look forward to hearing from you :)
I'm 26 years old and looking for a share house on the Gold Coast. I work in tenancy coordination full time and am a happy, lively person to live with. I prefer to live with guys but I'm open to whatever.

Im looking at moving in the next month or so, trying to organise this early so i can find the best roommates/home :) Feel free to ask me any question! Cheers
Hey there- I'm Jess! I'm a sociable, friendly, tidy person who loves being outdoors and exploring, so you won't find me home much! I work casually and study full time at Griffith on the Gold Coast. I work and volunteer in the biodiversity space and am interested in keeping fit, reading, drawing, creating, listening to music, meeting new people and experiencing what the world has to offer! I have a beautiful little dog Wiggle (small-medium size) who's very sweet and friendly- and totally ball obsessed! She loves other dogs and people :) I have lived in a lot of share houses in the past so understand the importance of respecting personal space and property, keeping things clean and sharing the housework load! Looking for a happy space, with friendly down to earth people to call home. I would prefer to bring my own furniture for a room if possible and am looking to move in the next few weeks. Thanks!
