Hi! I live a healthy lifestyle and am an easy going person. I like reading, going for walks, training at the gym and spending time outside.

I am looking for a private room with my own bathroom (doesn’t have to be an ensuite). I drive so I will need a place to park my car. I’m fine with street parking as long as there’s space. I don’t smoke so a housemate that doesn’t smoke either is essential.

I work most weekdays and will be out of the house on the days I work from 7am-7:30pm usually. On weekends I’ll either be keeping to myself at home or out somewhere exploring.

I’m very tidy and always clean up after myself. I’m respectful of people’s privacy, and will keep to myself mostly but will be up for a chat every now and then if you are up for it too!

I’ll be ready to move around the 25th of May (give or take a week) and am ideally looking for a long term place. My budget is $350 (bills included will be preferable, but open to discuss this).
