Hey, I'm Mitch 26, originally from down south, now working full time in the construction industry as a project engineer. I’m usually out the door early and back in the evenings, and I like to keep things tidy and low-key at home. I own my own house down south so know whats expected from someone living there. Outside of work, I’m training for an Ironman 70.3, so my weeknights are usually filled with running, swimming or riding (not on a trainer in the lounge, don’t worry), also enjoy my surfing, watching footy and most sports. I’m social and easygoing, but I respect everyone’s space and keep things pretty chill during the week. I split my time between Perth and site work, so I’m sometimes away for stretches — perfect if you like having the place to yourself a bit. I also go back down home to Dunsborough most weekends. Looking for somewhere comfortable with good housemate vibes, not a party house, but I’m always up for a chat or shared meal when it suits. Would be great to find a clean and relaxed place with like-minded housemates around my age.
