I work full time in the Geebung area and am generally out from 5:30am to 4:15pm, and I spend most of my time to myself but I'm not shy and don't mind a chat and hanging out 😊 I would prefer a longer length of stay (6months+). I have my own furniture so a furnished room is not necessary. My budget is $300/WK with bills INCLUDED, but may be willing to stretch for the right place.
