I come with a small piano if you’d like (can go into storage) and am an expert fermenter - keeping the house stocked with fresh batches of homemade sourdough, kombucha and ginger beer :)). I’m very relaxed and easygoing and enjoy being able to do my own thing when I am busy. I’m keen to go on another lease and be part of a longer term home. I'm very quiet, clean and early to bed early to rise. Not shy but introvert. Audiobooks, music, reading, writing are my main hobbies. I'm moving because the owner will be selling the property soon, she and I have always gotten along and she's offered to be a reference. A six month lease is ideal to start and I'd like complete the move as soon as possible. I work five days a week in dandenong so I really would like to find a place nearby. My boss is also happy to be a reference. A room furnished with bed, desk and chair, wardrobe and internet would be absolutely ideal. I'm Aussie with mixed Syrian/South African heritage and am totally comfortable with people from any and all walks of life. I like meeting new people but prefer to keep my politics, religion and any view on a serious topic to myself. I'd say respect, privacy, trust and safety are the key values of a harmonious house. Also that it is our (tenants) responsibility to ensure those values are not forgotten or ignored. Everyone wants to join an ideal clean beautiful household but those qualities are lost if the people entering have lower standards than those who originally maintained it. The ideal new tenant would be one who joins withought there being any dip in house standards or breech of lease. I think that's very important. I like the idea of leaving things better than I found them or at least the same. Never worse. I'll be sending many messages/expressions of interest and hope to secure accommodation very soon.
