Hello! I don't want to waste anybody's time so first things first, I do have a 5 year old Border Collie that I won't part with, shes well behaved and obedient. I keep her groomed and and as clean as I can even with the weather being miserable, i do like to have her inside but she isn't a stranger to sleeping outside, she is my responsibility and I would not expect any potential roomies to take on any responsibility for her. She is friendly with people and other dogs, she may take a little bit of time to warm up to another dog but 9 times out of 10 she's happy to have a mate. I am a laid back person who is more then happy to either keep to themselves or make friends with those that I live with. I like to keep busy on my weekends and have a bit of a social life but also enjoy my quiet weekends too. During the week I am busy with work, gym and the odd social event which I do try and keep to a minimum during the week, because, well, I like to sleep and just chill out after work. I have been told and feel as though I am easy to live with, I clean up after myself and my dog, I am chilled and don't let too much phase me. I am happy to have a meal together or if that's not what you're after that is 100% ok I can respect others privacy but if you are up for some company here and there I can guarantee i am always up for a laugh and a friendly drink if keen! I work full time in the CBD Monday to Friday. Any questions please feel free to ask..
Hey! I'm Crystal and i'm currently on a gap year after finishing my VCE studies last year. I'm unemployed currently, but i'm a model and an artist and enjoy spending alot of my time working on my art or walking the catwalk. My partner and i are ready to face the world and find a place of our own. I do have a cat, whom is litter trained and also has a very pleasant, loving temperament. I'm a very clean and tidy girl, always happy to help out with anything you may need and of course i'm organized when it comes to payments on time. Being unemployed, i would need to be able to pay the amount set but i'm happy for discussions on the matter. I am looking for work and i am prepared to pay more p/w than asking as long as it fits my current budget. The reason i'm in need of a place of my own, is due to a recent death in my family which is making it hard to stay at home with my parents. The stress is putting to much pressure on me. I would gladly attend any meetings or interviews before you make any decisions. My partner is also currently unemployed, but he is waiting until we find a place together to start looking for work due to distance and not being able to transfer when the times come. Please don't hesitate to ask me any further questions! :) -Crystal
We are a friendly couple who love Nature, being creative and cooking delicious food! My boyfriend is really amazing at cleaning so we'll be nice and tidy and easy kind natured people to live with!
I'm pretty relaxed, I do my own thing and respect the space of others. I am currently studying and spend most of my time doing Audio Production in my Home Studio (I try not to be to loud). I moved to the city at the start of the year , having just come from living in Rural Victoria my whole life I'm not cut out for living in the city anymore, so I need to move out into what could pass a Natural Surrounds whilst still living near the city. I mainly want to move out of the city for several reasons, being; *I hate the city *I want to have space and quiet *I miss gardening *For much needed mental clarity and stability Basically, I'm looking for a place I can spend the next 2-3 years, and form a home while I study.
Hi. I'm Kat, a 22 y.o. professional from overseas. I am a physiotherapist and I will be working full-time at Ringwood North area. I am looking for a room/flatshare/accommodation that is furnished, includes bills, has parking space, and a place that wouldn't mind if I use some fridge space and utensils for cooking. I don't mind living with males but would prefer to live with at least one female. I am also open to teaming-up with like-minded positive people! :) I am responsible, understanding, and open-minded (prolly cos of the nature of being in the healthcare field). I get lots of comments that I am more mature for my age. I am a type A person. I like to set goals and I get frustrated at myself if I don't achieve them but I am more understanding of others. I get a little intimidated with OCD people because I am not a neat freak but I would like to be more organized. However, I am tidy enough and I help out with chores. I let others know that I'm open to constructive criticism as long as done in the right manner. I am always open for improvement. I am very respectful of others as I expect the same treatment. I enjoy being active (or trying to be active), exploring new things, serious talks, taking pictures/videos, meeting new people, having a glass of wine, enjoying life, etc. If you think we would be a great match, let me know. =)
Would you like to live in a beautiful and quiet area on 4 acres in Wonga Park? Short or longer stays are welcome. One night is 70 (with all bills and food included) or weekly is 230 (with bills included) Couples are also welcome for extra. it is a very peaceful area that is close to the Yarra river while still only 5 minutes to a major shopping centre and 15 minutes to east link. Its a extremely large house and you would have your own queen size bedroom with ensuite and own lounge room all fully furnished, including manchester. only needing to share the kitchen and laundry so perfect for someone who likes privacy. I'm a very busy lady, working and studying, so looking for a housemate who is friendly but not into parties. If you would like to know more about the house please feel free to contact me. Unfortunately I cant upload photos due to computer issues. Sorry no pets allowed and smoking is only allowed outdoors thank you.
Hi guys :) My name is Kelly I'm a single 28yr old and work as a Restraunt Supervisor full-time. I'm looking for 1 person to share a place with so there would just be two of us. I have 2 beautiful kitties. One of them is mostly blind so he's a little special needs but that makes him more lovable. I have enough furniture and kitchenware (Inc fridge/freezer, washing machine) to establish a rental house so ideally the person I live with has minimal furniture to avoid clutter (You will need furniture for your room however). But that is something we can discuss if we are both interested. I'm hoping to find someone who would like a lease of a year + or longer term. I'm looking for meet someone ideally before I find a place so we can move in at the same time and also get to know each other a little first. :) I'm an easy going person who loves to bake, garden in the sunshine and relax with a movie and some wine. Im looking for an equally thoughtful and tidy person to live with whos a cat lover as well. Ideally around the same age group with a stable job. I'm also open to moving into an established property as long as you don't have a lot of furniture (or want an upgrade) as I have some lovely solid wood furniture I couldn't part with. I'd love to chat to you if you have any interest in living with me and happy to answer any questions you have! :) Kelly.
I am ridiculously tidy and will on many occasions, procrastinate my uni work to clean the house (yes, I even dust, who knew that was a thing?). Unfortunately this can be a plus and a minus as I'm pretty anal so if you're a slob we may not get along. However, in saying this, the two 23 year-old men I currently live with are slobs but we've been able to co-exist happily for over a year now. Sadly we must part ways as our work/uni requirements mean we must re-locate to different areas. I am looking for flatmates to either rent a place with or for a room in a pre-existing share house to move into. I don't come with any pets, just a boyfriend who would occasionally stay over. This also comes with the added bonus that I will always pay rent/bills but you will probably only see me 3/7 days as I live part time with him (he's not ready to move out of home yet, I know.. lame). I'm at uni doing a Bachelor of International Relations (nerd) at LaTrobe in Bundoora during most days, and if I'm not there I'm at my boyfriends house or locked in my room studying. I work as a swim teacher most afternoons/nights so I'll be gone from about 4-8pm, which means dinner time the kitchen is all yours. Also the added bonus that I will almost never contribute to dishes as I pre-prepare most meals at my boyfriends house at the start of the week. Okay enough of the boring stuff. I'm super bubbly and have been told that I am incredibly mature for my age. I don't shy away from a conversation or a party in that case. This doesn't mean I like hosting rowdy parties every weekend, but my house-mates and I have had a couple of awesome social events at our place and its always been super respectful and nothing has been broken (woohoo). I love animals/pets if you have them, but have no interest in owning my own until I'm stable (not a uni student lol). I'm a non-smoker but I currently live with a smoker and have had no qualms, I just expect butts to be disposed of responsibly (in the bin - I'm a greeny) and doors/windows to be shut so the smoke doesn't drift in the house. I also enjoy travelling and will probably be overseas or out of the state for about 2.5 months in the next year. So as I've said, I'm like the invisible housemate, perfect for people who like their "me" time. I'm down to have a housemate where we just live under the same roof and that's it, as I have a hectic schedule and don't like being around fairly high maintenance people. Or if you sound fairly similar to me and you think we'll get along.. well then I'm also happy to have a housemate that becomes a best friend too :)

My name is Katelyn and I'm 22 years old. I work at a timber and hardware store located in Croydon. I've grown up mostly in the Knox area, and tend to want to stay there as most of my family and friends reside there too. I'm easy to get along with, enjoy a good conversation and a drink or two. I play guitar and like to play selective video games in my spare time.
Room for rent in Croydon North for $160/week with no bills to pay (electricity, gas, water and internet are included). You'd be sharing with me (Robin, the owner), my housemate Karen and her 2 cute little dogs. I'm 32, vegetarian, and work in the CBD. I love bushwalking, play volleyball a couple of times a week and enjoy board/computer games and racquet sports. The house has ducted heating and evaporative cooling, cable internet, undercover parking, a dishwasher and an open fireplace (and lots of firewood!). It has a beautiful big backyard which I've just had landscaped - I'm very keen to transform it into a garden. It's about 10 minutes drive from Croydon Station, so it's probably only suitable if you have a car. From Karen: Hi everyone I'm Karen. I have been living here for about 3 months and i love it. It's beautiful and green and is much more peaceful than living inner suburbs. I study part-time and work part-time so i am home a little bit more than your average full time worker. I'm studying holistic transpersonal counselling and just about to start a new job in a winery. YAY no more travelling nearly an hour into work. I have 2 dogs Lilly and Alfie and they are a boustrous pair and super friendly but when im home they are usually hanging out with me helping me study or watching me dance. I'm a big fan of meditation, dance, and have a regular spiritual practice i engage in on a daily basis. I don't party or drink and a lot of my social life is spent out of the house. Robin and i lead pretty separate lives and once in a while share a meal together and stop each other for a drop in chat in the kitchen. I look forward to meeting you!

Hi Guys, I currently work as an advisor for Apple Computers, which means I work from home. This also means that my internet connection is paid for. I am currently living in Geelong at present and am looking to move closer to Melbourne towards the end of this year. I am very responsible and a considerate person. Respectful of others and their privacy. I'm not looking for a party place, but I do enjoy socialising with a quiet beverage every now and again. I love my soccer, and am looking to get back in to playing again. Always looking to make new friends to hang out with ! I am looking to share a house with 4 Bedrooms, preferably in a quiet area or near the CBD. Also, somewhere that is near to public transport. Can pay up-to $250 including bills. I'm also interested in teaming up with other people to start a lease with. So, if you'd like to have me as a roomie, let me know. Am happy to share with people of all ages. I'm hoping to start an into to horticulture course soon so ideally would be great to find somewhere where I can have a small veggie patch/vertical garden!

Working part time in recreation/entertainment. Student on a gap year. I am friendly and clean. I enjoy my alone time but am always willing to have a chat. I love animals, enjoy music and am physically active.
Im a masters student at Melb uni. Work part-time at a late night pharmacy. Would prefer a quiter household, in saying that I do enjoy an occaisional gathering. I like horses and ride regularly at a riding school. I love harry potter and dont mind a game or 2 on the ps. Open to moving anywhere (not just suburbs listed) that has fairly easy access to public transport as i travel to uni in the city most days. I have a dog, her name is Applejack. Known as Jaks. Shes a bear coat sharpei, totally adorable. Shes 5 but doesnt act it. She's 100% toilet trained and fairly quiet dog inside, though loves to play (soft toys and tennis balls) and occaisionally gets the zoomies. She would love a yard with some grass (doesnt need to be big) and would be totally keen on having another doggie friend. She can be a bit wimpy and is terrified of beeping noises. Haha. I also have a cat. Her name is Nang (trust me once you meet her you'll understand). Shes a Ragdoll x, dog savvy and definitely in charge. She loves to sit on people (laps, heads, legs, backs, anywhere) and an excellent cat masseuse. Loves to talk and appreciates any pats whatsoever. Especially on her tummy (she will roll over).
I'm a socially conscious person, I like to have fun but I like quiet time and my own space as well. Love a good TV series. I clean up after myself and keep communal areas tidy (bedroom is a different story, I often have a bit of a floordrobe happening, but it's an organised one) I'm a bit social so won't be around all the time. Currently working as a temp in the healthcare industry which gives me a bit of flexibility. My sister and I have joint custody of my 10 year old kelpie x. Although my dog mainly lives with my sis, I'm looking for a place where she will be welcome from time to time.
