Young professional moving back to Melbourne after almost 4 tears in Sydney. Down to earth and open-minded. Enjoy life and all it has to offer, so my interests are broad. Have lived in share-housing for a few years now and with a variety of housemates - from couples to mates, from younger and same age and both males and females. So I've got a good handle on how to live harmoniously with others. I keep both my space and the common areas clean and tidy, and very respectful of other housemates space and privacy. I am a sociable person however, so I'd want to live with others that like to have a chat or hangout from time to time. Not one for bringing the "party" back to the house, but am ok for the occasional gathering or dinner if the other housemates choose to. I'm into a healthy lifestyle (but not fanatical), love live music and exploring both the city and nature. If I'm not out for a run or catching up with friends, you can find me reading a book or having a cheeky vino on the couch/balcony.
Hello, I'm Kamara, I work at an Eastern Hospital. I'm looking for a 12 month long term place to stay around the Eastern suburbs with people around my age, 20-28. Bit about me: I am organised so will definitely pay bills on time, I'm friendly, tolerable, easy to get along with, generally tidy and I always clean up after myself as I'm considerate of others. Socially, I'm usually up for a chat or hang out depending on the preferences of my housemates, but if you're someone who keeps to yourself that's okay with me too, as I respect that. I prefer a non party house as it's nice to unwind from a long shift at a peaceful home but I enjoy occasional evening dinner/movie nights with friends at home, just not wild parties. I also lead a semi-active lifestyle and go trail bike riding or running on my off days. If I sound like a good fit for you, please reach out, cheers :)
Hi, I'm Kelly I consider myself a pretty easy going person, fun loving, kind & honest. Adaptable & self aware when it comes to sharing. I'm social yet enjoy my own space, love music, plants, gardening & crafty projects. I'm looking for a reasonably priced room, flat or bungalow etc that is clean or the housemates are! I work full time & prefer to live with professionals, no addicts
I'm a 36 yo Melbourne girl looking for a place on the edge of the country as I'm a country girl at heart and love the peace and quiet of nature. I work part time but dedicate most of my time to my greatest passion, fashion. I also receive the pension from Centrelink so I am reliable with rent. I'm easy going, respectful and friendly. I also am clean and tidy. I love nature, animals and spirituality. I love hanging with friends in my downtime and eating at great places. I hope to find someone I am compatible with and share some interests with, just basically someone mutually respective and clean and easy going and down to earth.
Im 31 years old, recently moved from qld and im looking for accommodation closer to work. I work full time managing a pub so my shift times tend to vary between mornings and nights depending on whats going on at the time. I also have a small online business and occasionally do markets and a bit of freelance IT work. I work around 60 odd hours a week so im not around the house a lot unless im on a day off. I do drive so i need somewhere to park. I have a cat that i kinda inherited from an old flatmate who left him behind at my old house in qld, hes quiet and pretty much just sleeps in the garden all day.
I'm a 25 year old full time professional that is looking for a friendly place to move into that is closer to my work. I've lived with a variety of people before and respect the privacy and cleanliness of others but also like to socialise. I enjoy being active in my spare time (hiking, gym, snowboarding, yoga) and cooking delicious food! I love a positive and easy going environment and would like to live with someone who shares similar interests and wants to live as friends, not just flatmates. I love animals, going out for a drink and listening to live music on the weekends :) Any questions feel free to contact me.
I fell in love with the bush a couple of years ago and moved to Warrandyte. I work part time and with the rest of my time love wandering around in it, writing, exploring my creative expression through words and have recently started to share my work with the world. I am on a spiritual journey and slowly uncovering the hidden side to life and myself. I enjoy dancing like crazy when the mood takes me, having a good laugh and a deep conversation. I believe the home is hugely important in shaping our lives, from the place itself to the people we live with. I am looking for a homely place, a warm friendly relaxed space where respect, sincerity and kindness are present. A place where expression in all forms is encouraged, a place of openness, love and heart. I would love to be in a place with a veggie patch, or space where I could make one, and plenty of bushland nearby. My friend is my current housemate, Rowan, and if there is a place with two rooms available I'll tell you a bit more about him in a message :)
Clean and tidy, easy-going woman, experienced in sharing accommodation, is looking for a room in a share house in the Warburton/Healesville/Dandenong area. I'd prefer a countryside setting. Always pay my bills on time. I love cooking, yoga, meditation and dancing. Happy to socialise or keep to myself. As I'm currently building a tiny house on a trailer, a big enough yard to park and continue building Klaudy's Tiny (2.5 x 7.5m) would be essential but it doesn't need to be under a roof. It won't be too noisy as the big structures are done now
I am a 29 year old female, laid back, clean, adventurous and like the outdoors. I don't like to party hard but like a drink every now and then. I work full time so would only be around in evenings and on weekends. I have a beautiful friendly cat named Harriet who I would like to take with me. She mainly spends her days outdoors but sleep inside at night. She is super clean, doesn't smell and is completely toilet trained.
Currently reside in Hobart, but have visited Melbourne a few times. Looks and sounds like a great city to live and reside in. I am currently taking a year off from my University studies to search for other work, study or volunteer opportunities. I wish to travel to further places in the future. I hope somebody can share with me their knowledge of Melbourne, and if they are interested, I can share with them my knowledge of Hobart too.
I am a creative, inspired & enthusiastic fun loving being . Currently I am studying transpersonal counselling & am developing the foundations of my career as a therapist . I am passionate about optimising my well being with movement & meditation practices, playing music, dance, & nourishing myself wit delicious healthy food. Within a home environment I value clear, respectful communication & a shared desire to maintain a clean space so everyone can enjoy the sanctuary of the home with ease & feel comfortable to be themselves.

Hello! Our names are Bec & Joel, we are a young, friendly and neat couple who are both early-mid 20 years old. We're looking for a pet friendly home to live in as unfortunately the place we currently call home was sold and new owners are to move in. We are very much an approachable, laid-back couple that are tidy and honest. For fun we love the outdoors, seeing mates or just enjoying a good meal & watching something on the telly. Chipping-in for chores around the house isn't an issue, and we enjoy a good chat whenever, whilst we are respectful of others' space. Joel works full-time in the construction industry & in April, Bec is completing her pre-apprenticeship at Swinburne, which takes 10 weeks full-time, to become employedby an electrician (in the meantime she does receive income from Centrelink to assist with payments). Our dog is Carla, a one-year old (staffy cross) will be coming with us, she's very affectionate (to both people and other dogs), attentive and a well-trained pooch who loves her walks. She sleeps and stays outside during the day when not we are both out - and walks off lead no problem, and is more than happy to lay on her mat if allowed inside!
I work full time Monday to Friday and occasionally on weekends at a bar. I'm down to earth and love to have a laugh! I keep to myself but also willing to have chat and a drink. I don't have pets, but I do love them to death!
Hi my name is Greg. I work in my own business representing a national company helping businesses with their cash flow. I am wanting to move into the new territory I manage and being mobile I make appointments then visit with business owners and provide them with information & systems to help protect themselves and put them in the best position to be paid by their account customers. I enjoy being in a peaceful environment where I reside and have a passion for music & sport. Living with others it is important to me about mutual respect for each other and contributing to the chores or jobs that need to be done. Whilst I don't have my own family I am family orientated and in general like to be inclusive, social and at the same time enjoy my down time and being self reliant. I look forward to exploring the opportunity to find a perfect fit for both of us. Thank you for your time & consideration Regards Greg
Hey! I'm Britt, a Nursing student studying at an RTO near Knox City 2 days a week. I've been living independently since 2014 & at the moment I need to move again; somewhere 'round the south-eastern suburbs near where I study. ~ I'm easy-going, bubbly, reliable, neat and like to be in the company of others (but will obviously respect your privacy)!! I'm very much into music, cooking (I'm a vegan FYI), Netflix, animals (I don't have any though) the outdoors and socialising. :)
Very tidy and self sufficient. I'm used to living alone and taking care of myself, and don't need to be reminded to clean up. I'm mostly pretty quiet and introverted, but enjoy a casual, friendly vibe at home. I'm not currently working, as I'm on Centrelink disability payments. I have 2 young indoor-only cats that are very friendly. I don't entertain much, my ideal night is relaxing at home with my cats, eating a pizza and watching a movie.
Hi my name is Jacinta I am a 30 yr old hairdresser and work in Eltham. I am a tidy and honest easy going individual. My other half is a small Pug x Jack Russell dog whom is very friendly! I look forward to hearing from you soon.
I'm sincere Genuine totally trustworthy, and more importantly I'm Real. I am non judgemental but respectful of one and all of all ages I'm easy to get along friendly down to earth and come with very few vices in life however, while I'm very approachable I will stand up knowing my rights of what is acceptable behaviour opposed to what is not . I am looking for possibly a unit, totally independent non furnished or possibly an apartment in the Eltham Locale or any suburb on the rail network being close to Eltham. My grandchildren have recently moved into the area and while I will relocate, but I also enjoy my independence .I would like to think that I can be a support to both mum and Dad as the 2 boys throughout their growing years. I come with a tiny dog of sorts size wise ,being 2.3 kilo 20cms high who these days sleeps in his bag some 20 21 hours day in day out so I could never comprehend leaving the old chap at this point in his life. His time is near sadly. He is a lovely friendly chap to everyone And believes everyone and everything are his friends At 14 , still never learnt the word Danger!. I am very house proud and would treat any property as if my own . I have been a home owner elected to sell to see the now family all grow forge ahead. I'm in no hurry to re locate giving one the opportunity should you have a property Coming up or possibly a retirement property, again would be perfect. I can re locate within one month or anytime after. Thanks everyone.

Hi I'm Kirsty I'm 24 next month, I have rented for the past 5 years. I'm very independent, clean and respectful of others space. I'm a bubbly type of person and very family orientated. I work full time in real estate and in my spare time catch up with friends ect. I do have one dog (small) who is one year old and very well trained and toilet trained, she is very friendly and gets along with other dogs too. I would most likely be looking to move out in the next few weeks. Just looking for someone to take over my lease. I would be looking for a long term type stay.
I am easy to get along with and a tidy housemate, will always pull my weight re chores cooking etc. I love the outdoors going on fishing and camping trips. I work full time as a commercial insurance broker in Collingwood.
The house is a modern brick 3 bedroom + study, 2 bathrooms, has solar power, ducted heating (4 star efficiency) & evaporative cooling, backyard-great entertaining area with BBQ, off street parking, nestled in a quiet court location. Chirnside Park and Eastland shopping centre are only a 15 minute drive, with a local shopping strip that is only 5 mins away. As the house is a 3 bedroom dwelling, I am happy for the person to use the 3rd room as a study for themselves inclusive of the $180 a wk rent for the room on offer. There is a reserve at the end of the court with a lake that you can put a canoe on and when you go for a walk there, people mostly give you a warm greeting. Lovely to go and sit there on a bench and ponder the days events. It is furnished i.e. main appliances- cook top, oven, dishwasher which are stainless steel, fridge, microwave, washing machine, 42" flat screen with Netflix. However, if you have some furniture there is space for it. I am only looking to rent out one of the rooms, so you would really have your own bathroom and toilet. There are no onerous house rules, keep it tidy, come and go as you please like I do! Have just re-signed the lease for another 12 months, so provides stability for the right person.
This is a big comfortable house with lots of space in the quiet and leafy suburb of Eltham. Walking distance (2km) to local shops, cafes and train station. Eltham has great parks, bike paths and gym. On offer is the master bedroom with ensuite and study. A Large lounge/dining room and kitchen/meals area separates the bedrooms so essentially we have separate ends of the house. Downstairs there is also a spare bedroom for any friends/visitors. The house has a Big backyard (pets are welcome) along with a nice size deck with BBQ and tree top views. In the photos you'll see photos the available space (master + study + ensuite) Could arrange some furniture for the right housemates/s Area would be great for a couple @ 375pw
The area where the house is situated is very convenient and close to Pine Shopping Centre terminus. Bus is also available on Reynolds Road. The house is situated on an elevated block of land and has unobstructed view of the surroundings. The Pines Shopping Centre is just 5 minutes away. The house has big decking suitable for BBQ
hi there! Young happy couple looking for share accommodation. Very clean and organised pair. Respectful of others and not loud. I am studying and my boyfriend is working full time. Really chilled out.
Currently living in South Morang, have a full-time job in I.T at Eltham. I have a very hygienic nature about me and always clean up after myself. I like to think of myself as an open-minded person, I practice meditation. I hate having debt so I will always reliably pay my rent on time and I think honesty is the best policy! :)
Mostly keep to myself, but happy to get involved with any group activities. Currently working full time as Customer Service Manager for a computer sales website. I work in Dandenong South and am currently living in Greensborough. Happy to move to a similar area to where I am, but would prefer being closer to work. I enjoy playing video games in my spare time. I'd be looking for a largish room, with ensuite would be nice but not a necessity. I also have 52" TV that could be used in a lounge or shared area, and potentially a couch and fridge if there was the space to accommodate them.
