Fully furnished 2 bedroom apartment situated on the 1st floor, 2 minutes walk to Waverton train station , 2 bathrooms, a stunning view of city from the balcony. There is an IGA, physio, pharmacy, cafè and dentist at our doorstep. North Sydney and Crows Nest are both a short minute walk from the apartment. There is plenty of parking available around the apartment block also. The price for the room will increase slightly for a couple.
Hi there! We have a beautiful apartment with good atmosphere! We are a couple (I’m from Brazil and my fiancé from Czech Republic) looking for flatmates to share the flat with us. We are looking for a housemate who is clean, tidy and knows how to share and maintain a flat with others. The apartment is 4min walking from the train station Waverton, 10 min by train to Wynyard Station, parks, cafés, bares and supermarkets. It's a beautiful and peaceful area really close to the CBD. The room is furnished but you are welcome to bring your own if you wish. There is a new built-in wardrobe and the bathroom is to be shared with one more person only. The flat is fully furnished with all appliances, open living room and dining room, study desk, two balcony's. One room available, all bills included. Cheers, Najla
A furnished room in a cute three-bedroom cottage is available on a short-term or long-term, two blocks from the train, with the 265 bus stop across the street. You can get to Wynyard in 15 minutes from your front door if you time it right. It's in a freestanding house/cottage with a small front yard, backyard and private deck. (Message me and I'll send you a link to a Youtube clip of it - I can't include a URL in this profile ) There's also a friendly black cat who lives here, me and my girlfriend and one other guy. Interested in someone who would see the flat as a sanctuary, rather than a spot for regularly entertaining guests. There's a cafe two doors down, a couple of restaurants and shops at the train station (2 minutes walk), and a tiny wee beach and a lovely marina a half block away and down some steps. Rent $280/week, plus $25/week for utilities. Or $360 for couples, including utilities. There's plenty of off-street parking, not that you necessarily need it with the train so close. I haven't bothered to get a residential parking permit ($52/year and available online) as there's a street nearby where you don't need it. The room has a bed, a small table and a wardrobe.... really everything you need.
I'm a quiet female professional who loves her own space and privacy. However I am very friendly and cheerful even though I don't like noisy atmosphere. I am a non-smoker and non-drinker of alcohol. I am very clean and tidy and would appreciate sober housemates. 😊
Hi there! After taking a break from Sydney for the past 6 months I'm looking to move back and settle in once again. I'm an early riser each day and love to head off on adventures most weekends. Fit and active guy who loves a bit of banter
Looking to start a new lease with someone. I've previously had my own place so have most of furniture, appliances, utensils, cutlery, etc. Would love to team-up with someone that is looking to make a place an inviting and fun space to come home to. I'm really house pride, so would like to live with someone like-minded. I would like to look for a place to live like a home. I work full time in North Sydney. I am laid back, friendly and respectful with a great sense of humour. I am a clean responsible person and expect the same from you. I like to read books, watch movies(not TV), going out with friends. I like cooking and baking and also I am learning guitar. My weekends always vary but I love staying social, so tend to be in and out a lot. I like to learn new languages so if you are keen to teach your language and tell me about your country's culture that would be a plus. Also I own an XBOX and a few games like FIFA, GTA etc. but I rarely play by my own. So if you like console games we could play sometimes.
I'm from the Philippines and I am moving soon to Sydney to do a 1 year management training in the CBD area. I am easy to live with because I have an ambivert personality and likes to keep things clean and organized. I love reading books and travelling, as well. I am hoping to find a nice place to stay for the duration of my training, preferably a single room so I can have privacy.
Sofia and I are a very respectful, tidy couple looking for a place to live out the next stage of our lives and have some fun for at least 6 months to a year or so. We are quiet and peaceful, she is from Italy and I am from Sydney. She is finishing her master degree in Literature to find a full time position while i continue my bachelor of Engineering and work permanent part time.
Hi, I'm Kate :) I’m a young professional looking for a nice place to call home. I’m animal friendly and really easy to live with. I’m down to earth and am a goood balance of contributing to the household socialy and also doing my own thing. Id be happy to enter an existing share house or create a new home with others.
I'm a part-time worker in a dispute resolution team in a call centre, and I'm studying my Masters at Macquarie University part-time. I'm fairly busy, but when I have spare time I train in Muay Thai and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. I love watching different TV shows when I can, such as Game if Thrones or The Office. Looking to move into a place for at least 4-6 months, possibly longer. Flexible as to when I can move in - but would prefer sooner rather than later. I love meeting new people and socialising, but I also enjoy my down time/alone time when I am at home, as it is generally my time to relax and unwind.
Hi, I'm Meena, 25 years old, I just have relocated from Melbourne to Sydney for work. I work in corporate communications for a consumer goods company. I work out almost daily, generally before work and I usually finish work around 5/6pm. I love food and a good chat. On weekends I enjoy socialising but also enjoy some down time reading a good book or watching a good movie/tv show. I am a neat and tidy person who is respectful of communal areas. I am looking for sociable housemates who are also tidy, respectful and up for hanging out occasionally over a cup of tea/coffee or meals together.
Hi there ! My name is Lucas Rodrigues and I recently moved to Sydney to study a bachelor of Psychology at Macquarie University. I'm sociable and always up for a drink and a chat but I'm not really into partying so I'm looking for a place where I can come home and relax! I like to exercise, meditate and enjoy outdoor activities but not as much as I enjoy binge watching my favourite series on netflix! I'm respectful, trustworthy and honestly I'm tired of moving houses so I'd love to find a place to live long term that I can call home. If you have any questions just text me :)
im Naeim Ismeth from Malaysia and my age is 19 years old .. im looking for a place and my budget is 300 - 350 below ... im still looking for a job in Sydney as it is hard to get one !! so contact me if you have a place up for rent and I will check you out immediately
Hello, I am an easy going fun person who likes to keep active; enjoys a drink or 2 at home or out and about over a meal or a BBQ. Mature, responsible & considerate of other people’s space. I am not looking for a wild party house or for flat mates that take the party home. In Sydney since Jan & hovering between consultancy work & doing an MBA at AGSM UNSW. I am looking to share with Singles only in a furnished accomodation i.e. Apartments can be small so I am not interested in sharing with couples. I prefer to have my own bathroom or en-suite. I am a dog lover but unfortunately not too fond of cats - so if it is between a cat & me - let the cat have its milk!! lol :) Thanks reading & look forward to hearing from you. Thanks Liam.
I’m very easy going and know how to keep things simple. I’m moving to be closer to uni and work. I go to the gym a lot and I’m not much of a party animal though I do like trying new restaurants!
I am a considerate flatmate, I respect other's property, privacy and quiet times. I am also sociable if you want to hang out, watch a movie or have a great convo with a glass of wine. I take pride in my surroundings, clean and tidy. I am into fitness and healthy habits - so it feels super awesome when I can indulge in my guilt free chocolate, salami and cheese at times. Love to cook but only occupy the kitchen 2 times a week. I don't smoke and only drink on occasion, socially. I am looking for a quiet place, at least quiet between 10PM - 7PM on any day. Definitely no street facing bedrooms, crying babies, any other constant noise pollution, please. I have been sleeping with earplugs in the past 4 months, I wish not having to do that any more in my home. I am searching for a rental till mid-December only. This is only because I will be away for 5 weeks and don't want to pay full rent as I would rather spend it on Mum when visiting her overseas during Christmas. I am open to suggestions though! ;-) I may work one or two days from home, otherwise my full time job is in a North Sydney office Mon-Fri. I am looking in the area to escape commuting, or more up North close to the train line. I have a Nespresso machine with free coffees for everyone! ;-) My lease here is up in the beginning of Sept, trying to organize well in advance. Sorry, can't move any earlier than the 1st of September.
Hi, my name is Sandy! I'm a Sydney local completing a Masters of Teaching in Early Childhood full-time. I'm working towards being a preschool teacher in the future. I'm kind of ambiverted so I love socialising and meeting new people from different cultures, but at the same time I sometimes enjoy some quiet, alone time. I'm honest, open-minded and respectful of other's space, needs and values. I know how to cook for myself, clean and take responsibility for my own things because I've lived independently abroad before. In my free time I enjoy exploring different parts of the city when I can, checking out local events with friends, watching movies, listening to music and reading :')

Hello I'm Natalie :) I've been travelling around the world for the last 6 years.. living in Switzerland, Paris, Barcelona, Tahiti, The Seychelles and now Australia. I am originally from South Africa and I have decided to settle here in Australia. I am starting a new full time job in Sydney and need to find a space to stay. I love doing yoga, meditation... I'm not really a party kind of person.. On my days off I like to chill, go to the beach and of course travel and discover new places. I also love to eat healthily and bake :)
