Unfurnished room (3.3 x 2.5m) with built in wardrobe , available in a 2 bedroom security block unit in Waverton. This is a safe location close to the city and North Sydney. 3 minutes walk to Waverton train station, and approx 20 minutes walk to North Sydney. The unit is furnished apart from the room on offer, so all you really require is your own bedroom furnishings. I have most of the major appliances already including : Fridge, microwave, washer, dryer, UHD TV, Weber BBQ, Dyson Vacuum, Dyson Fan/heater, Steam mop....etc. Parking is on street only, however there is always plenty available. The rent does not include utilities (Electricity, Broadband), and we would share these equally. You should allow approx $20 per week for this. My ideal flatmate will be a female, looking for a new home for 1+ years, and who is reliable and sociable. I would prefer to live with a female as I find this dynamic works better, and like living in a clean and organised environment. I am hoping to find someone else who enjoys the same, and who will contribute with their share of household chores. I am not looking for romance, and I don't mind if you have a partner who may like to stay over a few days each week. I am looking for someone with whom I can share the odd meal, with a glass of something, some good conversation, and hope that we could become friends. I have been sharing for ages and enjoy a happy and social environment at home. I like to think that I am fairly normal and well adjusted, although I do hope to become eccentric one day. I enjoy cooking for flatmates, and even more when we can cook together. I am looking for someone who is not going to shut themself off in their room all the time, whilst recognising that we all need this occasionally. I have a very cute/sneaky 15 month old rescue kitty, who has no table manners, and who loves me (but won't admit it). I'm sure she will love you too if you give her nothing but love and affection. The bond is $1000, and the rent is payable monthly in advance. Sorry no couples. I may be able to accept another cat, however this is entirely up to "Mila Kunis". She also has the final say on whether or not you would make a good flattie. If this sounds like you, and you are prepared to commit to daily playtime, and tummy rubs upon request, then please don't hesitate to let us know. Paul (48) and Mila (1.25) :)
Spacious two bedroom, one bathroom apartment for rent on Sydney's beautiful Lower North Shore. Situated a two minute walk from Waverton station/buses, with just 12 minutes on the train to Central and 10 minutes to Chatswood, the location could not be more convenient. It's also only a 15-20 minute drive to the CBD. The master bedroom has a floor-to-ceiling built-in robe. The second bedroom has plenty of room for clothes racks, and is adjacent to a handy cupboard in the hall that can double as a built-in for that room. The apartment is in a well maintained security block with a large L-shaped lounge/dining, leading to balcony with lovely views of both the city and the water. The renovated kitchen comes with a dishwasher and fridge, the bathroom has a separate bath and shower. The building features a lift, internal laundry, and a security car space and storage space. Available March 1st. The lease ends July 15th and has the option for renewal; we have found someone happy to take it over, and are looking for one more flatmate to fill the second room.

I'm very easygoing and easy to get along with. I'm social and down for a debrief over drinks but also like my own space. I'm respectful and clean, confining my mess to my own room. I enjoy having people over for dinner but am not looking for a party house as I work full time and some weekends. My dog is small, non shedding and sleeps most of the day, but he enjoys company and doesn't deal well with being locked outside if someone is home so dog lover roommates are a must.
Hi, my name is Lauren and I'm a 33 year old South African teacher who has been working and living abroad since 2007. I’ve finally found the spot I want to call my permanent home: Sydney. I am pretty independent and need alone time. I'd like to stress this point. After speaking and being social all day at work (sometimes until 9pm), I tend to be pretty tired by the time I get home which can make me a bit of a quiet hermit. It's recharge time :) If you're looking for a socialite or sister-like relationship, we probably won' t compliment one another at all. I think sharing with a couple could be great for me for this reason. Regardless, everyone enjoys a communal dinner or glass of wine when the vibes are right, myself included :D My first abode in Sydney saw a regular board games evening and communal dinner once a month or so. I liked that. I love getting out of the house and hiking, swimming or geocaching, and am trying my hand at kayaking at the moment too. I'm rather well-travelled and like to think of myself as open minded :) I do have a boyfriend and often stay at his / visa versa, but we are pretty good at keeping this to the weekend. In a house share situation I prefer a cleaning roster where we each do a week and then have some time off before it's our week again. I do my dishes immediately, clean the bath after myself and generally try to keep any untidiness to my own room (but have an Achilles heel when it comes to putting away laundry :P ). What else is important? Do you like Eddie Izzard, or Stephen Fry? How about the IT crowd, or David Mitchell? You might be my soul mate! The final thing is my move date. I just had to select something at random. The truth is I would rather take my time in finding the right environment for me, so am just putting out my feelers until something clicks. At that point I'll give my three weeks notice and the rest will be history :)
I'm a quiet female professional who loves her own space and privacy. However I am very friendly and cheerful even though I don't like noisy atmosphere. I am a non-smoker and non-drinker of alcohol. I am very clean and tidy and would appreciate sober housemates. 😊
Chris: I'm a 20 y/o student from Byron Bay studying at Billy Blue college of Design in Ultimo. My interests include football (keen Everton fan), graphic design/drawing and going to the beach. Catherine: I'm a 22 y/o student studying Comm/Law at Macquarie Uni. I grew up on the North Shore (Gordon), but would love to move closer to the city. My interests include spending too much money on food/uber, dogs and netflix. We are both easygoing, clean and not a hassle to live with. We love going out for drinks, but also staying in and playing board-games (preferably also with drinks). Chris also loves to cook, which invariably leaves Catherine to do the washing up. We'd love a place with similar aged like-minded people. Although we would respect other flatmates' privacy when needed, some banter would be ideal! Didnt know how to upload a photo of both of us hahah

Hi, I'm at 22 year old Registered Nurse who is about to start work at Westmead Children's Hospital. I’m a shift worker, which means I have to work nights (usually only four a month). Hi, I’m working full time Monday to friday and usually fairly long hours. Looking to share an apartment with someone who is clean, respectful and easy to get along with. Ideally looking for a long term lease.
Quiet, unassuming and easy going professional. Employed Full-Time, 9-5 in Sydney City. I like a home that's stress-free with open communication. My Dog will visit sometimes to say hello. She is a 4 y/o rough collie and it is impossible not to love her, so you will.
I'm a hard working conference coordinator who migrated from Adelaide 2 years ago. I enjoy company, having a laugh and a sneaky beverage, love watching movies (or binge watching TV shows) and exploring Sydney on weekend adventures - beach, markets, art expos, cafe/bar hangs. I like to make the most of opportunities thrown my way but balance it out with down time when needed. I keep a neat and clean home and can cook some tasty meals. Looking for 2+ easy going, young professionals to live with in either North Sydney or surrounding suburbs.
I'm sociable and always up for a drink and a chat but I'm not really into partying so I'm looking for a place where I can come home and relax! I'm tidy and clean! A great cook! And I'm studying psychology and working as a waiter atm.
