I'm rather quiet and reserved, so I most likely won't create too much of a ruckus most of the time, however, on the occassion that I am with friends I may get a bit loud, but nothing that asking me to reign it in shouldn't fix, at the end of the day I just want to get along with the people I'm living with so whatever makes you happy, will leave me content. A fair warning however, is that due to my job starting fairly early, I may have my alarms set early as such, that being from 5am to about 5:15am, which I feel is worth mentioning

*Please read my advert before messaging!* Hi I'm Abi, a 29y/o Brit, moved from Melbourne to Perth last year to become what is now affectionately classed as a "mature student". Looking for secure long term accommodation only! Preferably sharing with one or two people at most, and ideally with an ensuite. Please note I have a very sweet little foster bunny coming with me, I'm happy for him to hang out in my room so really looking for a large-ish room to accommodate us both 🙂 I'm very experienced in house shares (fully house trained), will take the bin out rather than squish it down, and I don't lose all concept of time when having a shower in the morning. I'm definitely not looking for a party house and don't tend to have friends over too often as I prefer to use it as an opportunity to get out and about exploring Perth. I'm studying Veterinary Nursing in Bentley, and working as a disability support worker in the Hamilton Hill area, so ideally looking no further north than say Mount Hawthorn, no further south than Hammond Park (can be flexible for the right place) Something really important to me is feeling like an equal member in a house share, and also feeling that everyone in the house pulls their weight to keep standards high - not just doing the bare minimum but taking initiative to make the home a pleasant and clean place to live. I lived on my own for a couple of years before coming to Perth, so I know all the work that goes into keeping a house going (i.e. I know there are no magical housework fairies doing the work!) Other points: - I am a vegetarian (almost vegan) but not fussy about sharing equipment - I have all my furniture already (I currently live in a granny flat) so can supply fridge, washing machine, kitchen appliances etc if needed - I sometimes work late/night shifts, meaning I am occasionally coming back from work (or leaving to go to work) around 11pm. I'm very quiet though, and always just go straight to bed! Likes: nature, dogs, bunnies, travel, volunteering, collecting useless information, watching trash TV after a long day Dislikes: raisins, slamming doors, writing "about me" sections
