Prior to this I lived with the same housemates for 3.5 years. I pride myself on being friendly, easy going, tidy and respectful. In my spare time I love getting out of the house, exercising and spending time with my friends and family. I enjoy living with people who are sociable and enjoy the odd communal meal or catch up over an activity / TV show etc, but who also respect each other's space and down time. The last housemates I lived with became my second family and that's something that I'd love to build again. My preference is to find a place with females of roughly the same age, but open to others as long as we share similar values and lifestyles. I'm no longer a party animal but enjoy going out for a wine or two as well as chilling at home. I drive to work so will need off street or permit parking.
