We are seeking a new 3rd member of our lovely home in Williamstown. If you’ve dreamed of living in a picturesque suburb metres from the beach then this is for you. About the location: on a tree lined street tucked behind gardens and Williamstown beach - 5 mins walk to Williamstown beach train station. Train to flinders is 20mins. About the house: a 1911 house with many original features- an agar come bar, working fireplace and original picture rails to hang your art. Very high ceilings, beautiful timber floors in all the rooms including your bedroom. An old bathroom with a claw footed bath and an old kitchen. As you can see from the pics I’ve decorated and it’s furnished and the house has many pot plants (I’m a big fan). It has a large garden (looking a little sad from the heat) and a front deck. About your room: the room in the pics currently has a double bed, two wardrobes and a hanging rack, with lots of space to spare. You could easily fit a queen or a desk if you didn’t need as many wardrobes. Can come furnished or unfurnished 😊 Money: $670 a month + $20 internet +bills. Bond is the same, to be paid by August 12 - move in date August~ 11/12 or earlier upon negotiation Please get in touch to organise a viewing by sending me a PM
Nice and large furnished bedroom available NOW, on the 2nd level of a brand new townhouse located in a quiet area and close to everything. The bedroom has a single bed with mattress, a bedside table, a desk + chair, a huge wardrobe + air conditioner / heating and a window that provides ample lighting and overlooks the crocket club and the railway. The window (like all the windows at home) has double glass so even with the train nearby it is pretty quiet. Trains are quite infrequent and are small ones but it is something to note if you are a very light sleeper. The main bathroom is just next to the bedroom and is not very used as we have an ensuite. We only ask you to keep the main bathroom ALWAYS clean and tidy as guests would use it when they are home for a visit. The house is fully furnished (except that we have no TV). On the rooftop terrace that overlooks the city and the bay you will find the BBQ. It takes approximately 20/30 minutes to get into the city by train and the train station (North Williamstown) is within 2 minutes walking distance - very convenient. Buses are also available nearby. Coles and Woolworth are just a 10/15 minute walk away with also cafés, restaurants and other shops/ services close by (gym, hospital, library...). The main beach is only at 10/15 minutes walk. Perfect in summer! $250 / week ALL BILLS INCLUDED (Internet, electricity, water... ). No extra to pay.
Unique historic seaport that rivals Port Melbourne etc. Brand new 3 storey townhouse plus additional roof top floor (4 floors in all). Ducted cooling for the hot summer days and gas wall heater in our cosy lounge room. We like to keep the house generally pretty tidy as we go and also have a cleaner who comes in monthly to do some deep cleaning stuff. The house is spacious and in a great location, about 10 minutes' walk to the water, where there are beautiful views of the cityscape (particularly at sunset <3) and a running / cycling track. Lots of cafes and restauarants nearby, as well as a Coles supermarket, health food shops, several gyms and lots of great clothing and homeware retail stores. The room itself is filled with sunshine for much of the day, is quite spacious with a huge built-in wardrobe and can easily fit a double-bed, desk and additional storage furniture. We have a big TV with Netflix and Stan, lots of cooking appliances, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, huge garden out the back (you're welcome to plant things if you're into gardening) and a garden shed, which can provide additional storage space if needed. We also have a cleaner come once a month to deep-clean common areas so the house stays nice and shiny!

We are looking for a double room or a studio flat located preferably near the city centre. We are hoping to start with a short contract and continue for the longer period. See you soon, Rosa (24) and Dariusz (33)
Hi, I'm Tenisha and I'm looking for a room on the outer suburbs of Melbourne :). I'm 21 and I just finished my Bachelor of music and I have a part time job. I've never had a problem paying rent or bills and I've never paid them late. I do have a 1 year old cat, she's a complete sweetheart but she's really shy. (If I move, Ginny has to move as well, she's like my lungs and I can't live without her 😂) I play my guitar from time to time, enjoy going out with my friends but I'm not a party animal. I enjoy going to the pub for a drink and a meal and socialising with my house mates but do enjoy some alone time as well. If you think I'm the right housemate for you, please don't hesitate to send me a message :)
Hey I’m Caitlyn, I’m moving down to Melbourne in December for work. Looking for a person to share a house with. I will be working full time in Laverton but am okay with houses further from these suburbs. I have a whole house worth of furniture so all you require is yourself and some bedroom furniture. I will be bringing my lovely cattle dog with me, who is too friendly for her own good. She has been in households with animals before and gets along well with all animal types. Thank you for reading hope to hear from you soon : )
Hi, My name is Rachel and I am qualified hairdresser whose currently working full time managing a salon in Point Cook. I am a clean, fun and also very independent. I usually enjoy quieter nights during the week however am open to a drink or food on the weekends. I am not big on partying and going out however. I do have an American staffy named Romeo who is completely house trained and I would prefer to have him inside at night however he can remain outside if need be. Respect, trust, and freedom and are very important to me and I expect the same in others and those I live with. I would like to live with people I actually get to know not just live with. In saying that though, personal space and privacy is also a big thing for both myself and who I live with. I would prefer an unfurnished room as I already have all of my own bedroom furniture plus some cooking and living things. Look forward to hearing from you :) Rach
I'm relatively quite and laid-back so I'd prefer a peaceful place, but I do enjoy a good conversation. I'm very clean, tidy, respectful and dedicated to doing my fair share of house chores. At home I'm usually behind my laptop writing/blogging and/or watching movies so wifi is essential for my survival.
Hi Guys! I'm Ben and I am currently on the lookout for a new place to call home. During the week I am too buggered after work (8am - 7pm shifts) to do much but blob out on the sofa watching something on Netflix or Stan (yay for Rupauls Drag Race!) but I do enjoy a couple of drinks on a friday after a hard week to unwind (gin & tonic anybody?). In my spare time I love to garden and you'll often find me either at a nursery pondering whether I have room for yet another pot plant or at the Royal Botanic Garden taking a stroll. Previously lived in a share house with a lovely greek lady and her teenage son so I know what its like being in a busy household! Suitable flatmates would be ones that don't hide in their room all day, likes to have a chat every now and then, but also mature enough to know that sometimes you just need your own space! It's important to me that common/shared spaces are kept tidy but as for your own room well that's your private area! I know this is pretty standard stuff to ask for but at the end of the day i'm after a homely environment. If there's anything you want to ask me, please fire away! Cheers, Ben
I’m Katherine or Kat as most people call me. I am 36yr old single female from Melbourne. I am currently at home on paid Sabbatical (until Jan 2nd for now) from my full time job with Cirque du Soleil, after 7 years touring the world I am in need of a quiet but fun home to rest and restore myself. I am currently studying to see if I like nursing and maybe change my career path to be home permanently with family and friends. My loves are scuba diving, music and comedy. I go out on the weekends with friends and my weeks are pretty quiet exploring fun ways to keep myself busy. I would be home a lot but this is a bonus cause I often clean or make delicious meals to share.
Hi my name is Izzy, I am currently looking for another place to live as my lease here runs out at the end of this month! I am a 23 y/o NZ Maori girl, who's been living in Melbourne a little under a year. I am currently working as a Wholesale Supervisor for one of Melbournes Seafood Centres. Im Full-time and I work night shift so youll find I'll be either home during the day, or out and about finding things to do! I love my music, I come bearing my trusty old Guitar (I love to jam every now and then.) Love hanging out with my friends over a few quiet beers. I know how to cook mean feed! (Us NZers know how to cook and how to Eat!) lol I also know how to wash, dry and pack a dish as well as keep all general areas tidy and clean. I pay my bills on time, and like to think of myself as a genuine trustworthy peron. Although I like to hangout and share a meal with my Flatmates, I also love my downtime and will definitely respect your privacy. I look forward to hearing from you! Cheers, Izzy
