Welcome to Aitken St, Williamstown! This quaint little home is conveniently situated in the heart of Williamstown with a great gateway to Port Philip Bay. With only a brief walk to Williamstown Coles and a 10min wander to North Williamstown train station, our little home is perfectly located for easy living. The Strand and Bay Trail are right at our door step, and a perfect excuse to take the resident canine for a morning/afternoon stroll. The house is a new lease, as of the beginning of April, with the essential furniture in place. The room available comes completely unfurnished with built in wardrobes and a decorative fireplace. The bathroom is shared with one other. NBN is currently getting sorted, just waiting on the modem to arrive!
Large Villa home, one block back from Williamstown beach! Walking distance to cafes, restaurants, shops and bars. Large outdoor area with covered deck- great for socialising or enjoying outdoor meals! Ample storage 2 lounges, so room for space and privacy when you seek it. open fireplace, great for winter! Large modern kitchen House will be fully furnished apart from your bedrooms, however there is room for more furniture if you have some of your own 1 large bedroom available from 28/4
Nice and large furnished bedroom available NOW, on the 2nd level of a brand new townhouse located in a quiet area and close to everything. The bedroom has a single bed with mattress, a bedside table, a desk + chair, a huge wardrobe + air conditioner / heating and a window that provides ample lighting and overlooks the crocket club and the railway. The window (like all the windows at home) has double glass so even with the train nearby it is pretty quiet. Trains are quite infrequent and are small ones but it is something to note if you are a very light sleeper. The main bathroom is just next to the bedroom and is not very used as we have an ensuite. We only ask you to keep the main bathroom ALWAYS clean and tidy as guests would use it when they are home for a visit. The house is fully furnished (except that we have no TV). On the rooftop terrace that overlooks the city and the bay you will find the BBQ. It takes approximately 20/30 minutes to get into the city by train and the train station (North Williamstown) is within 2 minutes walking distance - very convenient. Buses are also available nearby. Coles and Woolworth are just a 10/15 minute walk away with also cafés, restaurants and other shops/ services close by (gym, hospital, library...). The main beach is only at 10/15 minutes walk. Perfect in summer! $250 / week ALL BILLS INCLUDED (Internet, electricity, water... ). No extra to pay.

Hello .. to anyone who reads this; My name is Nathan, I'm 26 years old, Belgian, acoustic guitar player, singer and songwriter, also working fulltime in the field of Electronics Technology. I am currently looking for a place with my Girlfriend Sabriena who is 23 years old from Canada. Sabriena is attending business school in Melbourne May 7, 2018 for the next two years and will be working partime.. aside that she can tell great dad jokes and cook a mean spinach dip!.. (not a singer). We are looking for a long term accommodation (6 months, 1-2 years, maybe longer) now that we went from a Holiday Work Visa to Student Visa. We would like to move in around may 8th. We are VERY clean people (seriously) who also love to cook.. alot. We are active and workout regularly and do whatever activities Melbourne has to offer! So this means.. generally we don't like staying in a whole lot but we do enjoy casual nights in on weekends. We are looking for roommates who like to socialise or have a casual drink and chat with. We are also outgoing and looking for roommates who are like minded.. (we prefer to have a friend-like atmosphere and not just do awkward waves in the kitchen). We do prefer cleaner roommates, for we are organised and WHO doesn’t like a clean looking places eh! So I hope thats enough to say that we are rad to live with! :)

Hey all :) I'm Max, I am 24 years old and working full-time as a health professional in Williamstown. I'm easy-going, with a good balance between having chill time to myself and solid banter over a drink after a day's work. I'm a massive dog-spotting enthusiast, and in my spare time I'm either up in Ballarat, meal-prepping or spending time trying out cafes (does love a good coffee). If you're interested in a team-up feel free to shoot me a message. Thanks heaps Max
Hi, I'm Tenisha and I'm looking for a room on the outer suburbs of Melbourne :). I'm 20 and I just finished my Bachelor of music and I have a part time job. I've never had a problem paying rent or bills and I've never paid them late. I do have a 1 year old cat, she's a complete sweetheart but she's really shy. (If I move, Ginny has to move as well, she's like my lungs and I can't live without her 😂) I play my guitar from time to time, enjoy going out with my friends but I'm not a party animal. I enjoy going to the pub for a drink and a meal and socialising with my house mates but do enjoy some alone time as well. If you think I'm the right housemate for you, please don't hesitate to send me a message :)
