Hey, I’m Ty, 36. I’m a respectful and easygoing housemate who brings good energy, creativity, and a strong sense of home and humour wherever I land. I work full-time in building operations in the city Monday to Friday, but outside of work I’m deeply involved in the music and events scene. I love anything that brings people together through sound, art, and self-expression.

That said, I also value stillness, solitude, and having a peaceful space to decompress. I’m just as happy sharing a meal, watching a movie or heading out for a drink after a busy week as I am spending a quiet night in making music on my laptop with headphones, reflecting, meditating or just watering the plants. I’d say I’m grounded, open-minded, emotionally aware, and someone who truly appreciates the balance between connection and space.

I come with a sweet little cat named Lulu. She’s a affectionate ginger lady, independent, and a chill presence in any home.

I’m looking for a space that feels more like a home than just a house, ideally with kind and like-minded people who are up for the occasional chat, shared moment, or just coexisting comfortably.
