Work for an Energy Company in the Hardship space. Excellent with numbers (handy at bill time). Having shared on a number of occasions I consider myself respectful and responsible when it comes to shared living environments, clean and tidy and punctual with bills and rent (no awkward conversation needed to remind me when they are due).
