Hi future roomi

Not long back from Thailand and ready now to transition into my new home for next 6months or longer.

Im happy to form a teamup of 2 or ideally move in with 1 young at heart, easy going M or F or active couple with an existing modern homely pad anywhere from Main Beach to Palm Beach.

I am a young at heart professional, non-smoker, straight, pet lover, rare social drinker as I like to stay healthy.

I am very clean and like a home that is always maintained to a high level of cleanliness so we enjoy home life.

I am out and about a lot, I work in the energy sector and on the road from 8 usually home by 5ish, I tend to be at gym by 5.30am and when I am home, I generally pass out or I'm working on side projects. I travel a lot in my role so can be away days or a week at a time.

Can be social and enjoy some banter at home and I respect privacy as I know I like my solitude also to recharge.

Ideally, I would like to live in a house with a yard/pool or modern unit with pool, sauna, my own large room with ensuite, seperate chill areas, and preferably off-street parking where possible.
