Hey! I’m 32 and work full-time (often more than full-time) as a carpenter/site supervisor.

I’m looking for somewhere to move around the end of November, although I can afford to overlap rent for a month or so, so I’m pretty flexible with move-in dates if the right place comes up earlier.

I have an 8-year-old Staffy who is very well behaved, completely house trained and has no history of damaging the properties I’ve lived in. She’s pretty cruisy and spends most of the day sleeping or sunbaking while I’m at work. I’m also happy to provide a pet reference from my current or previous rental if needed. She does get along with other dogs, but for peace of mind I’d prefer somewhere without other dogs or cats already living at the property.

As for me, I live a pretty active lifestyle and work long hours during the week, so when I get home I generally just like to chill out. I’m very social but definitely not a party guy — although I’m always happy to have a social drink on the weekend.

I’m clean, respectful of other people’s privacy and like to keep common areas tidy. I’m a non-smoker, have stable full-time employment/income and can provide rental/employment references if needed.

Ideally I’m looking for somewhere I can settle into longer term rather than just a short-term stop.
