Hey potential future housemates!

Moving back to Brisbane after spending a year back on the coast, this time bringing my best friend with me. We both have full time hospitality management jobs in the CBD and make the commute from the Gold Coast to Brisbane every. damn. day so we are wanting to move asap! Looking to sign onto a pre-existing lease OR team up for our own place :)

LOOKING FOR A ROOM:
Ideally looking for a relatively modern apartment/house with:
- Spacious bedroom (Ant & I will be sharing)
- 1- 3 Respectful housemate's
- Air Conditioning
- Built in wardrobes
- Dishwasher
- Furnished living areas w/ unfurnished bedroom (ideally)

I have rented with all sorts of individuals and couples over the past 10 years and have always found that a clean, considerate household (with open communication around chores, standards/expectations and bills) is a happy and respectful household.

I’m a chef by trade and have a wedding/event cake business so I love to cook & bake. I am a qualified PT and although I no longer work or compete in the health & fitness industry, I am hoping to get back into a regular training schedule once we’ve moved.

I spend most of my time at work, however when i am at home, you’ll find me either in the kitchen, or in my room binge-watching a Netflix show 😴
