Abhi

Hey everyone,

I’m Abhi, a 30-year-old Flood Engineer working in the North Sydney CBD. I’ve been living in NSW for almost 6 years, with the past 2 years spent in North Sydney — so I know the area well and really enjoy living here. I’m now looking for a long-term rental, ideally from the end of September.

I’m a tidy and considerate flatmate who takes pride in keeping shared spaces clean. I’m easygoing, approachable, and respectful of others’ space and routines. I enjoy a good balance of being social while also appreciating quiet downtime.

My job keeps me fairly busy during the week — I mainly work from the office in North Sydney, with the occasional day at home if needed. After work I usually head to the gym or go for a run. On weekends I like exploring new cafes, bars, or restaurants, playing my weekly soccer game, or catching up with friends (generally at their place, so you won’t have to worry about lots of visitors).
