Hey, I’m a 30 year old full time working professional. I work with children across a couple of different jobs currently. I have a perfect record of paying rent and always cover rent 2 weeks in advance with bond too. I have a reputable rental history for the past over 10 years.

If I’m not at work or out and about with friends/family. I’ll be home meal prepping, doing washing, organising things or cleaning.

I have lived on my own for the past year. Prior to this I have been in shared living spaces. I am a very clean and organised person and would like to find the same in a prospective housemate.

I enjoy socialising, but also enjoy my me time. I’m not looking for a party house.
Nor am I wanting to live with anyone who smokes, vapes or brings drugs into the house.

I do come with my own bedroom furniture and possibly a fridge if we can fit it?

Hoping to find somewhere to move into to call home for some time and to be able to find someone who I can trust and be comfortable living with. I hope I can too be that person for you!
