I’m a quiet, clean and respectable person who enjoys my own space as well as having the occasional get together with other housemates.
I’ll need a medium-large sized room as I do have a lot of things (storage, clothes, etc.). I’m not fussy about an already furnished room either, I’m happy to discuss arrangements.
Parking off-street would be an added bonus but I’m happy to park on-street if I have to. If there’s no parking at your room, sorry but your place is not for me!
I’m great with pets and I’m SUPER conscious of cleaning up after myself!
